Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent. Changes to pick up times must be requested to your supplier or booking agent at least 24hrs prior to departure. If the change is accepted by the supplier, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss any flights or forward travel if details of the booking have changed and we have not been advised accordingly.. In the event you are delayed for your disembark you must call the supplier.
