My wife and I enjoyed the tour very much. The views were fantastic! Jeremiah is an excellent tour guide— he knows exactly what he’s talking about and gave out some good pointers—he’s very knowledgeable . He answered all questions precisely. This was an absolutely amazing experience!! Our tour guide (Michael) was so knowledgeable and knew where all the good spots were to see wildlife and good photo op views.

Colorado has lift all restriction for Covid-15 but the tour company has not changed their procedure. Be aware that they are still insisting in having you to use your onw transportation and follow their van. This is really not a tour or service. We pay over $200 for nothing really. We just cancelled the tour and lost the money. Be aware of this and to not book for this company. Other companies were actually taking clients in their vans for the tours but this company insisted in us following them in our own car.

Money hungry and not understanding of a mistake

Unfortunately we did not go. On the website I missed it stating we had to drive behind the van so I booked it. Then no more than a few minutes later I looked and seen we had to due to covid / my husband and I wanted a tour that we could enjoy and not drive. As soon as I noticed I contacted alpine and they were not understanding at all and charged me the full amount. I’ve never heard of a company charging 210.00 to drive behind, using our gas, it’s ridiculous and I will make sure and share it with everyone I know. My husband and I have been vaccinated and this seemed extremely unfair

Missed due to tardiness
