The park is breathtaking! When we traveled to the top at 12,000 feet, the views were amazing everywhere! Saw elk twice and lots of other little critters, too. our guide Bruce was very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted to get out of the experience. We knew there was a moose in the area, but we did not see him on our tour. Bruce called us later that afternoon from the park to let us know that a moose had appeared in one of the places where we had been. It was only a short drive, but we opted not to go back to the park. Still, we thought it was wonderful that he was still working to make the experience great for us even after the tour had ended. We highly recommend this tour!

Unique tundra landscape made this a very cool experience. Beautiful vistas across the valleys and mountain sides. Saw a maternal elk herd with calves in the distance. Super cool milky green pool of snow melt that had frozen overnight…in August. Just what we wanted as an overview introduction to the park without having to focus on driving. Our driver Bruce was personable, knowledgeable and flexible to tailor the trip.

Bruce picked us up at the Stanley Hotel.Great overview of the area,saw female mountain sheep,elk,mule deer.Weather was super windy and chilly but the warmth and chill personality ( but informative)from Bruce made it worthwhile.Nice to travel with a driver and just us three( family). This was a truly memorable experience for my family and I. Bruce gave us a wonderful guided tour with multiple stops for pictures and for my national park stamp. We were able to see Elk up close and get and hear about the natural and human history of the park. The tour was tailored to our liking and the vehicle was very comfortable. We had an awesome experience with Bruce. We love taking tours and often do them while on vacation but this was the first time it wasn't a "dude in a van with a lot of other tourists". What a delightful experience- Bruce tailored his conversation and tour to exactly what we were interested in. We saw lots of animals, learned about the plants and trees we saw, and learned a lot about the Park's history. He even handled out rowdy 4 year old with grace and understanding. A+ would absolutely take a tour with him again!

Having never been to the domestic Rocky Mountains, we were mesmerized by the sites and sounds! Bruce did an excellent job in communicating specifics and passing along his knowledge of the area! Seeing the elk and moose was definitely a plus! A moose actually ran in front of our car! Highly recommend you take a few hours of your time with a professional to learn the history of the area and experience nature’s absolute beauty. We would have NEVER been able to gain everything we did without a guided tour!
