We are inside Marina Puerto Del Rey in Fajardo, in suite 108 in the white 2 story building at left side once you enter marina. There is parking. Check in by 1pm. Boat depots at 2pm and back at pier at 6pm. Transport is NOT included in price but can be arranged.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our family of 10 absolutely loved this snorkeling tour. The crew was wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly and took great care to make sure we were comfortable and safe snorkeling. Snorkeling was terrific. This was the first time for most of us. It was so exciting to see the gorgeous fish, a large stingray and perhaps a barracuda. We always felt well taken care of. When we returned to the boat the captain pointed out three dolphins in the near distance. I strongly recommend this company.

They are super professional. Boat is safe. Snorkeling is ok great for beginners and kids. After the snorkeling they let you have time to swim at an island beach. Drinks are provided after snorkeling. My family had a blast highly recommended

PROS: The boat, equipment and wonderful staff all met expectations. It was easy to park the car, get fins and get on the boat. All directions were clear and concise. Rum drinks, beer and snacks good. Easy access to water and sodas the entire trip. Snorkeling was for beginners and we did see some small fish. We snorkeled about 60 minutes. The blowup vest made it easy to snorkel without using a noodle. Music throughout trip made for party atmosphere and everyone seemed happy. The marina has nice bathrooms and showers for after the trip. Again, kudos to the staff! CONS: Tortuga Reef only has a few little fish; nothing major to see and no turtles whatsoever. One of 4 people with us doesn't swim so he didn't snorkel and then the boat repositioned for the beach in 7 foot water so h could not get off the boat at all- so just a boat ride for him and waste of money. All other boats around us backed up to the beach and made it easy to jump in the water and get to the beach in 2-3 foot water. They can skip the nasty turkey sandwich and replace it with something else although it was nice to have the cheese only option. We suggest eating before you come!

As for the cons that you have pointed out unfortunately we can't control the marine life than you do see you on the. reefs and this is a trip for beginners snorkeler so we can go to the deeper reefs that have more variety of Coral. Our boat has a 4 feet and draft so we cannot back up to 2 to 3 feet of water because we could basically be stuck on the sand. Ask for the food will make sure to talk to the kitchen to see if there's any way the sandwiches can be improved. Thank you!

The crew was very friendly and personable. The food was great and more plentiful than I expected. There was also plenty drinks to keep cool and hydrated on a very hot day. We had a great time and would definitely do this again if we are back in Puerto Rico!

Awesome snorkel trip

The trip was a lot of fun, I haven't been on a small boat in a year so the waves were Rocky at first. The crew was nice, informative and safety conscience. There was nice music, playing, food, drinks and alcohol provided. The entire environment was positive. Gear was provided an education on how to use it. The equipment was sanitized before, during and after the trip. Trip. The water was very clear and I feel that a beginner would do fine snorkeling. I like these vests because they were flatable/ deflatable. So you could deflate them to dive deeper in the water. The water was warm in the beach. It's nice once we anchored. Not my first snorkeling trip but one of the best.

Sadly we can’t share no pictures because they cancel on us the night before. They said that they will give me full refund. And they will send me a cancellation email and I didn’t get any. I try multiple times to call theme and no luck. We are from out Puerto Rico and we plan a perfect vacation but I guess always something happened. Every day I get a email saying thanks like we took the trip and they want my reviews so that’s why I’m here after trying to contact them so many times.

We were traveling with a group of 16 people with a mixture of adults, kids, and 2 babies. Luis, Danny, and Chris were all great. Very attentive and informative. Only negative was the food. The sandwiches were not good at all. Could do better for the price paid. But other then that it was GREAT!!!
