You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We didn’t go to Culebra, but we received a text the day before so that was helpful to know ahead of time. Because we went to Vieques instead, it was a shorter day- but they packed a lot into it. The crew was fantastic, esp the marine biologist, Juan. When we snorkeled, the whole crew went in the water and helped those of us (me) who aren’t great swimmers. Juan pointed out multiple fauna, including at least 3 giant turtles. The snorkel gear was top notch too- first time I’ve snorkeled & my mask didn’t leak. It was glorious to just float and watch the sea creatures below. Much of the coral reef by the beach is dead but still saw plenty of fish while testing the snorkel gear in shallow water. Before we left the deeper snorkel spot, they let people jump off the top of the boat. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The driver picked up us from the hotel. He was a nice guy. Captain Louis and all the crew in the boat were awesome. The tour guide was a marine biologist and he was very knowledgeable. He helped me and my wife during the snorkeling. He was under the water and showing us different sea creatures! My kid was nervous to snorkel, but Dominic took great care of him and helped him feel at ease! The snorkeling is guided, which is amazing. They really helped you feel comfortable in the water. Experienced swimmers were given more leeway, but less experienced swimmers were so supported. The boat was comfortable and the crew was helpful and amazing. This was an excellent way for our trip to end!

Our tour to Culebra was canceled, but replaced with a shorter trip to Vieques. We were reimbursed for the time difference!! Overall! A very enjoyable and fun experience!! No complaints besides maybe have a little more snacks/food for the included meal). In fact, the shorter boat ride (30 minutes compared to the 1.5 hour ride we were supposed to have) was actually ideal! First time snorkeling and it was awesome! Makes me want to do scuba diving now! Captain and crew were really good! Louis, Christian and Donavan were professional and fun! 2 thumbs up!

This experience was incredible! From the moment we got picked up at our hotel by Tito. The entire staff was super friendly, incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. The crew that took us to Culebra Island, Luis, Juan and Donovan were so attentive and made the experience amazing!! It's so worth it !! They are the best !! One of them is a marine biologists so he knows so much about the ocean and the species and their habitat !!

Beautiful island and knowledgeable crew… it’s a small group and definitely an awesome experience. We boated to Culebra for 80 minutes, stayed at the island for an hour, then boated to another place to the other side of the island to snorkel for an hour. Culebra was pretty. The sea life is super dull - mostly brown - nothing like the pictures. There were jellyfish everywhere. They were fairly harmless, but enough to scare out teenagers from snorkeling. All four of us had bites all over our bodies from this excursion. The crew was really knowledgeable, but pretty quiet. They’re great if you wanted to ask questions or learn something, but definitely not there to entertain or talk about the history or facts of the places you explore like other tours. Everyone just kept to themselves.

I had an amazing experience during the trip. The crew went above and beyond. I had a second activity planned in fajardo and was giving a ride into fajardo. Unfortunately the weather had other plans and I needed up getting stuck in fajardo for 4 hours, my second activity canceled 15 minutes prior to the time of the event. One of the crew members warned me, and had given me his phone number. He picked me up at 9 pm at the Walmart I fajardo and drove me back into old San Juan. I was almost scammed by a Uber driver. He told me to report him and that he was in his way. I have never met such a genuinely nice person. May his good deed be repaid 100x fold. Thank you and god bless the crew !

Isla snorkel tour

We did not get to go to Culebra due to wind I was very disappointed but got rescheduled to vieques isla with pure adventure it was beautiful but only 8-12 tour. Snorkeling was great saw many fish turtles n stingrays. Juan the captain and Donovan were great hosts. We enjoyed the day just wished it was longer.

It was amazing! This tour is worth every penny to make it to Flamenco beach. Such a beauty and truly is worth it to see. Although I wish we could have stayed longer, understand that to get to the beach it takes an hour and a half. You are provided with a decent amount to eat but I recommend to eat breakfast if you don’t get full off of light snacking. We also did snorkeling and spotted stingray, starfish, fish and coral reefs. The staff was friendly and ready to assist anyone in need. 100% recommended

The crew was super helpful and made everything easy. We had Flamenco Beach almost to ourselves by getting there early which was a great way to see it and there were plenty of “toys” for playing in the water (SUP, noodles). The snorkeling was good although the currents meant we couldn’t stay out as long as I would have liked.

Overall it was a great experience. We had 3 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 8. Very profesional, safe, fun and Christian and crew took well care of everyone. Our highlight was the most beautiful "Flamenco Beach,." It was more beautiful than in pictures. We highly recommend it!

Due to weather we were unable to go to Culebra and instead vent to Viequez and Green Beach/Punta Arenas. A bit disappointing because compared to Flamenco Beach and other beaches on the mainland Green Beach is not particularily beautiful. It seems to be a safe place to snorkel though which was part of the purpose of the excision so from that aspect it was good. As for snorkeling experience we saw a few turtles, one stingray, one other small shark and some other fish but wildlife was not abundant and underwater itself was not particularily colorful or spectacular. The lack of wildlife is probably also because of the large group of attendees and with everyone moving about in the water most animals will move away. The boat trip was nice and the staff friendly so the overall experience was nice but lacked the wow factor. That said snorkeling at a caribbean island beats a day at the office any day so it was still a good day.

Juan, Carlos, and Luis were amazing! After the sail to vieques, we spent time at the beach with the option to become comfortable with snorkeling gear, paddle board, and acclimate ourselves to the water before snorkeling in deeper water. Delicious food, wildlife viewing, and festive beverages rounded out the trip! They knew just what to do with a seasick passenger and were kind enough to be sure we had a rlde back to our hotel. Everything was extremely clean. This is a well run tour and I highly recommend!

Flamenco beach was awesome and enjoyable, the lunch wasn't great the snorkel was difficult for non regular swimmers with the guide forcing you to swim fast and causing fatigue and it was stressful.

This was a highlight of our vacation. Truly an experience I will cherish. Juan and crew made every effort to ensure we had a great time. One way was to get to Flemenco beach earlier than other boats, we were the only ones there. This meant more quality time, quieter and peaceful. As we left, three party boats came in. Snorkeling was my absolute favorite. Their choice spot is amazing. Turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, lobsters, starfish.... Many many fish. From grass land to coral, you can see so much. The turtles were close and amazing! Crew were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Boat and equipment was clean. Highly recommend.

Food and drinks were okay only The tour provider didn’t provide the snorkel training to the newcomers so if you know snorkeling then only book. At the price of 150 with taxes we expected atleast two island beach and little snorkel training

I'm very sorry that you felt that way, especially because during our tours we encourage our guests to come to us if they need assistance with the gear or are first timers to give them the liberty to move around at their own pace, and not oblige experienced snorkelers to take a class. I would like to know if you were able to go to the guides and request assistance. Our guides are at their best disposition to assist our guests anyway possible to provide them with a Pure Adventure. Thanks for the suggestion to visit other spots. Since Culebra Island is so far away, to get the most of the day our company is the only one departing at 8 am with a power boat, arriving at Culebra around 9:30 am. This gives our guests a couple of hours to hang out at the beach and explore around. After lunch, we move to the snorkeling spot, and after about 1 hour of snorkeling we return to port, as described in our webpage. Still, we encourage you to chose a charter to Culebra with us for your next visit, that way you can design the adventure according to your preferences. Thank you for coming. DO NOT BOOK WITH PURE ADVENTURE!! Booked this trip as an excursion for a party of 9. Confirmation email did not provide clear directions on where to meet the tour guides. Our GPS took us to the wrong spot on the pier and no one could provide us with directions on how to get to the right pier. We called the number listed on the confirmation email several times and no one answered our calls. Juan called us about 10 mins after our trip was scheduled to leave to find out where our group was. We explained that we could not locate the drop off point and he gave directions on how to get to the boat. When we arrived we were greeted with an attitude and the staff was extremely rude. When we were settled on the boat, Juan basically said to the group “ if you don’t listen and follow directions I’ll behave the way you behave”. We understand rules have to be followed to ensure the safety of everyone on the boat, but you don’t speak to us as though we’re children. Each staff member did their job but was EXTREMELY unfriendly and rude. The trip was mediocre at best. We spent 1.5 hours at Flameco beach and then 30 mins snorkeling. For the price my group paid for this trip we expected better hospitality and service. We have done many trips similar to this in other countries and know what to expect. Juan, Freddy and Christian need a lesson on customer service. If your paying $140 per person for a trip the expectation is the service received will be outstanding. There are better tour groups on the island so do your research and book with them.

This snorkeling excursion was so much fun! We got to see beautiful fish, sting ray and sea turtle. There was plenty of time to relax and snorkel with 2 different stops on the trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. The boat ride to the first stop was rough long ride (approximately 1.5 hour) but overall the excursion was amazing!
