Just as the service promised, our driver George was waiting for us with our name on a sign, at our meeting point. It was easy and convenient. George was very friendly and helpful. He even pointed out some sights on our way to our hotel. I would definitely use this company again in the future!

Ride never showed up and we were left stranded at airport late at night. Local contact not helpful and kept hanging up on us. Trying to get my refund and keep getting put on hold for long periods of time. Would not advise using this service.

Lufthansa came into Frankfurt late and as a result we missed our connection to Milan. I called Viator to inform them and they claim that they couldn’t contact the driver. So I was out $97.00 and thank you very much.
