Dumped at the Milan airport

The airport delayed luggage delivery. The driver texted us but due to connectivity problems we weren’t able to reply to him . By the time we were out and ready to be pickup, he was gone. We called the office and they said they could y due anything and to contact viator. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport. Please refund our money immediately, this is not a good business practice.

Never showed up! Called Viator at number provided, and the rep put me on hold for 10-15 minutes, and she never came back. We booked a different car and 30 minutes after we had left the airport, the driver called telling me he arrived. I told him I had already left 30 minutes ago and he said, okay okay, then hung up. After I had gotten to my hotel, him or his company kept calling and I didnt want to pick up or talk to these clowns anymore
