You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Unfortunately, viator did not connect with Flagstaff Extreme so they did not have us on their roster. They fit us in but the girl helping us was a bit rude. The other guides were great and the experience itself is a good one.

Unbelievable course construction. Challenges for all skill levels. Absolutely beautiful. I've never experienced such an awesome adventure course. The family had blast (ages 48, 47, 17, 15). Quality instructional video and guides prep the adventure. The staff from beginning to end was amazing. A must do experience. Will do again, for sure!!

I took my daughter and her friends for her birthday. They absolutely loved it! The course is family friendly and allowed them to live at their own pace.

The experience was awesome. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The only thing I would do is book directly with the vendor. It was $10 cheaper and if you have a family member/friend not able to go they’ll refund your money. I had one family member who was unable to attend so the vendor gave me a voucher.
