Definitely purchase ticket in advance. Very busy venue. And get earliest possible entry. As time goes on during day crowd only gets worse.

Not much to be gained by using this service. If you can get your own skip the line tickets, you can rent the audio device within yourself. For ease, this worked for us, but for those on a budget, you can probably do this yourself for less.

We were not pleased with the tour, and neither were any of the othermany people stuck in the 45 minute line to get into the Gallery. It really was a gong-show.....far below our expectations, and what we thought we had been promised in your marketing material....and far below the quality of the tours we got from other tour companies in Italy. I have told my travel agent that we would never recommend Viator....nor do we believe that she should recommend it to any of her future customers.

Après avoir obtenu notre billet de la représentante de CAF Tour, nous avons attendu 15-20 minutes avant de pénétrer dans l'Académie. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette visite avec un audio-guide . Facile à utiliser, avec des commentaires appropriés qui nous orientaient vers les toiles qui avaient un intérêt particulier. Nous avons mis au moins 3 heures pour la visite. C'est à voir et pas seulement pour la statue de David.
