Lorenzo was very informed. Kept it interesting all day. In-depth knowledge of both the institutions themselves as well as the artists, paintings, sculptures and so on. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth gave an absolutely fabulous tour of the Uffizi! As a world history teacher I was very impressed with her knowledge but more importantly her warm personality and friendly demeanor . She was so wonderful and made the tour forever special for us! Grazie, Elizabeth!! :)

This was a fantastic tour! The guides went out of their way to make sure we saw everything up close and were all comfortable and taken care of. Our guide helped us to get a wheelchair in the museum’s and a cab after the tour for my husband who had hurt his knee a few days before. I can’t say enough about how thoughtful and kind she was. She was also very knowledgeable about history & the art pieces and easy to understand. Definitely go with this company for your tour.

Great things to see, but crowds were huge, the guide found it hard to stay with the group, so we lost commentary. In the end, just not value for the fairly significant expense.

We are sorry that you could not enjoy your experience. It is difficult to predict what the situation in the city will be. Sometimes is more crowded, sometimes is less crowded, and we try our best to help you experience Florence in the best way.
Nice but a little too detailed and a little disorganised.

Nice overview of both galleries but guides went into things in a little too much detail which meant we didn’t see a lot other than the most important works. Start was a little disorganised as after setting off the guide found he didn’t have enough tickets for the whole group. Second one was late in setting off which meant we had to leave early. Read the full description as the tours are quite far apart time wise ie may not be the end time you initially think.

We are sorry to read that your experience was not satisfying. The Uffizi and Accademia Galleries need a detailed explanation due to the complexity of their works of art. Most importantly, we had all the tickets for everyone and we also managed to give you the Accademia guided visit before the start of the second part of the tour. The voucher provided all the information needed.

Great tour. Loved the bits of history as we walked to the streets to get to l'uffici. Your guide was great. Saving the best for last, seeing the David brought chills upy spine.

Excellent tour company. Very helpful and friendly. Loved our tour guide. Uffizi was packed but line moved quickly. Time was short but Loridana showed us the highlights and it was perfect. Academia/David amazing.

Not worth the Money

The guide was very knowledgeable. However, we started the tour an hour late AND the description said that we’d go to Academia first, we went to Uffizi. This also is essentially a full day tour because your first tour is at in the morning then they want you to come back 5 hours later to do the second tour. There was no “walking tour” of Florence. We simply walked to the museum. I would not recommend this tour

We informed you you that the tour was going to be slightly late and offered you a drink at the bar. It was written that the tour had 2 parts, in the morning and in the afternoon. You could not make it in the afternoon and you asked to go for the next day and we tried to find a space in another agency for the next day but you did not respond. We tried our best to accommodate your needs. We are sorry for this.

My partner and I went on this tour on Easter Weekend 2022 and had a fantastic time! We were very happy with our tour guide, Monica. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of Florence, art, the Medici family, and more! She made the tour for us, helped us expertly navigate the crowds, and made the one-hour wait before getting into the Uffizi fun. The wait was through no fault of the tour company - it was a busy weekend, and there were multiple checks before getting in. Besides that, everything went smoothly, so we decided to book another tour with the company for another day.

Excellent guide to the Uffizi. She kept my kids attention the entire time. We had a problem originally with the booking but the tour operator kindly worked out everything for us even on the busy Easter weekend. I would highly recommend.
