    Best Tour of Our Trip!

    My husband and I did this tour and we had the most wonderful day! Daniel, our guide, was an excellent driver and was such a great guide throughout the day. He took incredible pictures of us, showed us around San Gimignano, and walked us through the second winery. The first winery we stopped at, was lead by the wine maker himself and we learned so much about the whole wine process from growing the grapes through processing them. San Gimignano was the perfect little Italian town to stop in. The former world champion gelateria had the best gelato we had on our entire trip. The meal we had at the second winery was delicious and had the most incredible view of San Gimignano. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone staying in/near Florence that wanted to explore the Tuscany region.

    Our guide, Guido, was truly friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The stop at San Gimignano was breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed walking about the ancient town. The stop at both vineyards were also fun and informative. Food and wine excellent.

    Our time in Florence with our young adults was very short, just three days. Maximizing our sightseeing opportunities was essential. I am not a “tour person,” or so I thought, but we had a fantastic day! Christian was the most amazing guide, so knowledgeable and fun. From beginning to end, our tour was a great experience. Great food, wine & company. We’re still enjoying the wine we shipped home. Summer 2022 will always be special. Hope to be back soon!

    Great day trip into Tuscany. We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Daniel who took us to two wineries, a stop in San Gimignano, and provided a ton of insights, antidotes & laughter along the way. Would do it again on our next trip back!

    My husband and I and our 21 year old daughter loved this wine tour!it was the highlight of our trip to Italy! We visited 2 wineries and the wine never stopped…you could try as much as you liked.The organic farm lunch was amazing. We had a 4 course meal in a charming Tuscan style dining room. Daniel our guide was both both informative and fun. Our kareoke van ride home was the perfect ending to our day! I highly recommend this tour for couples and families with older kids.We had a blast!

    One of the most memorable experiences on our trip to Italy. We visited on December 27th, which is considered “slow season”, which led to an even more personalized experience for us. Daniele, the tour guide, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Donato, at Villa Il Pozzo, was very friendly and passionate about the wine and olive oil making processes’. Afterward, we made a small stop at the tiny village of San Gimignano. Daniele gave us a quick history lesson about the village and directed us to a view point with a 180 degree view of Tuscany. At Fattoria Poggio Alloro we were shown the stables where the Chianina breed of cattle were kept. We were then fed a fantastic Tuscan lunch accompanied by three of their wines. Overall, we felt no rush or pressure. The tour was essentially on the groups time and needs. There was plenty of time to enjoy your wine and take pictures. I would definitely do this tour again.
