YOU NEED TO DO THIS TOUR!!! This was our favorite experience in all of our week in Italy. Luca was our guide and chef and he is fabulous and so knowledgeable. First he guided us through Florence central market (which we did not know about and went back to the next day to shop) to buy all the fresh local ingredients for our menu. Along the way he gave great information about local products and recipes too! Then we headed into our private bus that drove us a short 15 minutes up to the most beautiful view. Carmela was our other chef who worked with the group and together they were such a good time, so helpful and insightful! The food was fresh and delicious and the view to die for!! Thank you Luca!

My wife and I did the cooking class and it was awesome. Luca was high-energy, passionate about the experience and had a great sense of humor. The trip to the market to buy the ingredients was a lot of fun and interesting. I would highly recommend this tour for couples.
A fantastic experience with delicious food

10 year anniversary trip

My wife and I came to Italy for our 10 year anniversary. A friend had recommended this class, saying it was one of the best things they have done in Florence. We couldn’t agree more, we had an amazing time, we learned so much and ate great food. One of the highlights of our trip for sure!
Wonderfully entertaining cooking experience in Florence for all (including teens!)

Luuuccca, we LOVE you! And Camilla! This cooking experience could not have been better for my family of 4 with 15 and 16 yr old girls. The learnings and tastings in the Mercato Centrale were fantasitic...with a bit of history to understand how to choose cheese, tomatos, meat, etc, was fabulous. The indoor/outdoor cooking experience was perfect, and the singing, dancing and commentary could not have been more fun. We would recommend this class for those wanting an entertaining experience, a beautiful Tuscan setting just out of town, learning to make a few authentic Tuscan dishes, and of course tasting some classic wine. My teen daughters laughed and engaged the entire time! Highly recommend!
Carmela's cooking class

Luca and Carmela were marvelous just as Carmela and Isaac were five years ago. We noticed a difference from five years ago, this time we were kind of rushed and there were fewer activities. Isaac took us to a longer walk and we bought produce and bread at a local businesses, not at the market. We also made pizzas with our wine. It was definitely a different experience. The folks at the market were very gracious. Luca was very friendly and explained the food very well and Carmela, well she is always great Carmela.
The best day!

Seriously, stop what you’re doing and just book this class. It was by far my favorite tour out of everything I did in Italy. Carmella and Luca are AMAZING. You are guaranteed to have a lot of laugh, tons of fun, and some incredibly delicious food. 1000/10!!!!!!!! ❤️
This Experience: My heart is yours!

The entire experience from the Mercato to their farmhouse (kitchen) was incredible! We had the best time not only learning about Tucson cuisine and history, but getting to collaborate with others! We enjoyed getting to cook and connect with others all thanks to Luca & Carmella! They made such a fun and easy going environment that even those who were not the best cooks felt confident! I would highly recommend! To this experience (and to quote our favorite chef Luca) “my heart is yours”!

Luca was the most fabulous tour guide! I would do this tour again in a heartbeat! We started out at a Italian Market where Luca, our tour guide told us about the food we were buying then on a bus to a tuscany farm house to learn to cook bruschetta, home made tomato sauce, home made pasta, pork roast, and tiramisù. Then we sat down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with Tuscan wine. 🇮🇹🍷🍝

This was the best excursion ever!! Luca is so funny and kind. Carmelo was also wonderful. It was literally the best meal we had in Florence! I would highly recommend this! The only thing I would say is that we had a small group and that made the excursion better.

Most fun you’ll have in Florence
Kristofer_S, Jan 2023
Easily the most fun thing we did in Florence. I’m not the cook in our household but we had an absolute blast and the views were amazing. Lucca was phenomenal and I’ll be recommending this tour and Lucca to anyone visiting Florence. Lucca, we love you!!
