It was not a very long tour but it was a great way to get into the Duomo faster and learn about the church's history and construction.
Even if you are tired of Churches and Cathedrals, you must visit the Duomo.

A great tour with a fantastic guide

A fascinating tour with plenty of time to explore and ask questions. Our tour guide Martina was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and she went out of her way to be sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Thank you and, your Mom should be proud of your work! :)

The skip-the-line ticket was helpful, but the tour was surface-level and not very informative. We would’ve appreciated more information than what was provided in the really short tour.

Quick but informative tour. It was all we needed at least. Sophia our guide was very knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. She also had good recommendations of other places of interest. I would definitely recommend this tour, specially if your husband does not like extensive tours ;-)

Change Duomo to Cathedral to avoid mistakes!

Duomo is not Dome in Italian, it is a Cathedral. it is either bad faith or ingenuity to call Duomo rather than Cathedral, while writing everything else in English. Please change the title to make clear for non-Italian speakers! Only in my group 4 other people had understood Duomo = Dome!

The tour guide was wonderful and indeed, we went straight in without waiting in line. She told us some wonderful facts about the surroundings. But I personally don't think one needs a tour of the Duomo unless one wants to go up the 400 something steps to the actual dome, which is fantastic. But if you are not willing to go up, one doesn't really need a tour of the actual cathedral alone.

It was alright. The organizer the tour and guide was on time and tried her best to relate the Duomo's history. A rather short tour with the dome's painting the only main point of interest compared to other Duomo. Perhaps a little less entrance fee.

Tour was great! Lots of good information from the guide. About 45 minutes in length, which was perfect. Just long enough to hear about the history of the Duomo, then we went off on our own to explore.

Being inside the Duomo was amazing! Loved skipping the entry line. Am tired . Been travel long for 14 hours and am at chicago airport with a three hour layover and have at least another four hour flight. Would like to submit this and be done

An absolute waste of money. My only consolation is that I wasted only 25€ and not more. Despite arriving -5-20 minutes ahead of our departure time, I was unable to find the tour group at the address shown on my ticket amid the thousands of other visitors who’d amassed the Duomo at the same time (11 AM), and the tour operator’s decision not to use any identifier, such as a flag. Worse than the lost money was the fact that I‘d arranged my day around this tour, and had to then rearrange it after I missed it, which caused me to then miss a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the statue of David. Also, after having missed the tour, I found I was able to buy the ticket directly with immediate access to the complex for the same price. I would have been better off, and would recommend to others, arriving at the ticket office around 8 AM and viewing the Dom and complex immediately while the line is short. This will then give you time to see the statue of David the same day if you wish. Granted, it was not a guided tour, but in retrospect I would’ve been better off to just rely on Wikipedia for the information I wanted to learn. I would never recommend this tour or operator to anyone!
