We had the best time on this tour! Claudio was an excellent tour guide - paid attention to our questions and tailored the route to suit our interests. Funny story - we left an item behind and he rode around looking for us - ending up running into him again latter that night - I think he was as happy to have found us as we were to get the item back!

Very hurried. Tour was finished in 1 hour 20 minutes. Was not very informative. The guide was unpleasant and more interested in chatting to fiends and pretty ladies.

Wow, what a way to explore Florence. We had the most wonderful driver, Francesco, his passion and love for the city made the ride all the more enjoyable, he turned off the audio guide and told us about Florence in his own words. If you can get Francesco to drive you around on the tour it is absolutely worth it.

We enjoyed ourselves. We’ve done the golf cart tour in Rome, which we absolutely love. This was good as you get to see a good portion of Florence. But the driver speaks very little English. They have a recorded commentary they play when they get to different areas. The driver was very nice, always offered to stop and allow us to take photos. Often asking if he can take photos of us.

Our guide was friendly courteous and seemed knowledgeable but had a thick accent and hard to understand. The vehicles was not on par with other touring carts. The ride was bumpy and also passengers in the back had no canopy overhead. I did not see one other touring cart that was not completely covered. If I had to sit in the back I would not have gone on the tour..

We went all by over Florence Central and then south of the Arno River. Two hours of the best information about palaces, artists, galleries. Our guide was a safe driver and a smart woman. She made a special stop for us to see the famous Perfumery exhibit that she herself found to be beautiful. We did go back before we left Florence to stay a bit longer and to make some purchases. We loved our tour. Thank you Olga!!
