Our tour ended up a private tour because were the only ones who booked that day. It was fantastic because we had Giacomo's undivided attention to our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about explaining the history behind al that we saw. He took us to all the key highlights and the view of the city from Michaelangelo's Plaza was the best. Would definitely recommend this tour and if you're fortunate to get Giacomo, consider yourself lucky.

I loved the bike ride through one of the most beautiful cities in the world! Between getting to Palazza Michelangelo the "long way" vs the "beautiful way," choose the long way because it is a also beautiful path and that stretch was the best part of the bike ride! Giacomo was an excellent tour guide! He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and very, very patient! (I'm a bit of a walking disaster so patience can be a useful survival skill around me.) Our tour lasted a little longer than the two hours but Giacomo did not seem to mind and even added a stop to try to help us get dinner reservations someplace we passed. That was awfully Kind of him and the other girl on the tour was also kind and patient to wait the couple extra minutes. By the time we returned the bikes, we felt like a group of 4 friends who had just gone on an awesome bike ride!

Great way off seeing Florence, our teenage children loved it. Tour guide was fantastic and the view from the square looking down on Florence was amazing. Definitely recommend to families with teenagers.

Best Bike Tour with Bessi the Tour Guide

We were novel ebikers but our guide Bessi was patient and a great teacher. Soon we were riding like pros! He showed us sights and shared interesting stories we would have never acquired without his insight and knowledge. We had the best time riding up to the top of the city where we could see Florence outstretched for miles. The bike tour was the highlight of our trip and Bessi was the most outstanding, fun, informative guide we could have hoped for.

The highlight of our trip was Bessi, who was very patient with a group of 5 who were very late, did not take instruction well and were not competent at riding the e-bikes! They created a very challenging (and potentially dangerous situation) but Benni handling it amazing and we still had an amazing ride despite the problems. A beautiful way to see Florence from up high and learn lots from a knowledgeable guide. Thanks Benni!!

Bad bike company

The tour guide was very good and I would give him 5 stars but the bike company was terrible and I would only give them 1 star. They were 40 minutes late for our trip and didn’t have enough bikes so one member had to use a child’s bike. Normally I wouldn’t have worried about the trip starting late but we had another tour scheduled and would not have made it with that much delay. I tried to cancel the bike tour because they were so late and they did not care at all and refused any refund and were not apologetic or nice about it.

Shambolic. We arrived at designated time to be told it was running 20 mins late! It then took another 25 mins to get everyone sorted with bikes. Many of the bikes weren’t suitable for the size of rider. One of my brakes didn’t work, my husbands seat kept tilting. We then arrived back at base much earlier than the designated 2 hours. I’m afraid this is just not good enough! Not good value for money! It was meant to be a small tour and there were 12 people on the tour! Too many and quite dangerous amongst the crowds ! The tour guide was lovely but he had too many people to talk to and it was difficult to hear him at times

First time on an electric bike, so I had to be a bit careful not to kill myself or anybody else for that matter. Didn't take long to get the hang of it. Pamela was great! We rode through Firenze then stopped at a point of interest and she would provide the history around the building etc. It was a lot of fun and a great way to see and learn about the city. So it wasn't information overload as we between stops we were riding which was fun. For me 1st time on an electric bike, on the opposite side of the road navigating pedestrians, other bikes , cars and buses! Just Do IT!

Guide was very informative. Thought the group was too big, considering the navigation through the busy streets of Florence. People left in the rear were out of radio range for his comments. Would not recommend for groups with children under 12.
