Fabulous day out with Naz as our very knowledgeable and good guide. It's a long day out with several stops in one day and quite a lot of walking. Our favourite was Siena, although Pisa was great to see and San Gamgiano is like a medieval museum with stunning views. The stop in the wine yard was enjoyable with a lovely guide, Jacomo who had a good sense of humour. The lunch & wine tasting was pretty good, the highlight was probably the 20 year old balsamic vinegar paired with the pecorino. Kudos to the coach driver, Francesco who drove very well and safe. We also had booked the private tour in Siena to see the Cathedral and to hear a bit more about the story of the City. Once again we had a great guide, Erica who was very knowledgeable. We can highly recommend this tour!

Broken AIr conditioning

The bus was so hot , we were on upper deck and the air conditioning must have been broken . They tried a few times but it was so hot . The trip itself was fun but the transportation was terrible .

Comprehensive tour but too large a group of multilingual travellers

Comprehensive tour of Pisa, wine tasting lunch and Sienna and San Gimignano, The visit to Pisa and the lunch were the highlights. However, it was a very large group consisting of English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking people. The tour bus was parked very far away - almost 2 KMs away at times - and our tour guide, Layla, was walking really fast. It was very difficult to keep up with her. She also didn't wait for everyone to return - we left 2 persons behind at Pisa!! I got lost in Sienna and had to call the helpline to find my was back to the group. Therefore the 4 star rating

Because the tour is a shared group tour, the number of participants may be large or small, but we make sure to guarantee the best service in any case. We understand that the way back to the bus seemed long, but unfortunately the parking spot could be nowhere else, as it needed to be chosen according to the local traffic rules. LONG day, but best value

Big bus tour with many people and languages. The guides were accommodating with this but it was quite tedious, as all instructions/info had to be interpreted into 3-4 different languages. We had a pasta lunch/wine tasting with many options available for allergies. The bus was decent, but no toilet on board & no food allowed. There was a considerable amount of walking. You can opt for self-tour or a guided walking tour with/without cathedral in Siena. All the stops had museums but require a separate purchase for tickets, so some things were already full when we arrived. Overall it is a good value for the price & all the stops, but we were exhausted at the end of the day.

The tour is a multilingual and shared experience, so in order to meet every traveller's expectation and needs, we have to give some explanation in every language. We always want to provide the best services, so our buses are frequently cleaned and settled. It's in our interest to ensure comfort during the travel, but unfortunately, our buses do not have toilet cab. However, we usually make sure that in our stops you could go to the restroom. Complying with the buses' general rules, we also cannot allow customers to eat on board. As for the stops at the museums, we don't include those activities because we wish to leave to travellers the possibility to choose themselves the things they want to do or the attractions they would like to visit. Considering that this tour requires a great amount of walking, if customers feel tired and want to have a rest, without the constraint of a fixed itinerary, they can decide independently. While this tour is a really long day, it is well worth it! Got to Pisa early, before the crowds, & was pleasantly surprised by wine, olive oil & balsamic vinegar tasting experience with lunch. Siena was lovely, as I had been told, but San Gimignano was a fairy tale! Loved it!
More Fun in Tuscany

The guides were professional and well informed. They knew their history and explained all points of interest. We rode on a comfortable bus and the guides even pointed out interesting sights during the ride. The tour has maybe one too many stops. Thus, the time allocated for each destination was not quite enough to enjoy stress free. Otherwise An excellent trip and the guides did a fantastic job.

Nice itinerary to visit 3 cities and have a taste of Chianti wine however...

The itinerary fits our need to visit 3 cities in one day. We also get to taste the Chianti wines. However due to the heavy rain, they should have done a better logistic. We end up staying in the parking lot under the heavy rain waiting for the bus. Everyone is soaking wet and cold.

Everything was very well organized. Pisa and San Gimignano made the best impression, though visiting old City Siena gave a very interesting insights into life style of a mideval European town. Lunch was great , the wine tasting also good.

Worth the 12 hour day to see these cities

Great overall day. Each stop we felt we had enough structured and unstructured time. The bus was comfortable for the day trip. Two niggles: The provided directions said to look for tour guides in white at the pickup spot. They wore green so we wandered about before asking them. Also, we needed to bring extra money for a site entrance, a trolly ride to the beginning of a site, bathrooms (none on bus and a Euro or so per rest room), and water on the bus. Finally We were told no more than 18 people would be in our group and we had about 40 on the bus. Despite these issues, we felt the tour was worth it.

The three towns are worth spending a very long day to see. The right amount of time in each town was limited because of the distances but a lot of the countryside was beautiful.

We went to Pisa first tmr a winery for lonch followed by Sciena and San Gimignano. Tour was very good at staying on time. We made San Grim just prior to dark. Definitely recommend the Church ticket in Siena ti magnificent. We also got the local guide in Sienna, ANNA who was the best guide we ever had. She’s passionate about telling the stories of her town and truely feels a responsibility to the people on her tour. We loved her dedication to inform.

Due to language barrier, we arrived at 7:45 - the operator were VERY rude and didn’t grant us time to hand back our bicycles. We have therefore missed the trip. We acknowledge that we we are fault of arriving late, but if the operator were friendly and explained some options, we would have been able to join the grip in Pisa at own cost.

Amazing day trip, 4 sites in one day was a great way to get a taste of several completely different experiences. The guides were excellent. Loved the way they broke the buses into languages for translation purposes. Highly recommend this tour you won’t regret it. The good at the winery was very good a fun experience.

If you want to get the most of a short trip but also don’t want to stress too much on planning, I’d recommend booking a day tour. We had a good time. Lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes. I like that we were given free time to explore on our own.

What a fun day! We would have never known about several of these cities without this tour. Step back into living history with this wonderfully guided tour that tells you of the highlights and mustsee areas then allows you to explore. The lunch/ winery tour is a fun and entertaining interlude in the day! Wear your good walking shoes and be prepared to have great time!

Long day, but worth it. The Duomo Siena was magnificent and made the trip. The wine tasting was fun and the hostess was a brilliant linguist. Only four stars because we arrived in Pisa too early (45 minutes before the Duomo opened and only had 20 minutes to view) and arrived in San Gimignano (very little still open).
