Our driver tried his best to arrive in time for the tour, but the marathon made it impossible, and we weren't able to reach you in time. However, since you are going to receive a refund, we would like to ask you if you could change your review and give us a higher rating. We trust that you can understand that it was an unpredictable situation for us as well and that we are trying our best to make the situation better. This can nonetheless be a nice excuse to come back to Florence and book another tour with us, hopefully on a day where there are no sports events planned.
