We call our clients if they get late, and also we reach to the client where they are if they lost. PLEASE TELL SOMEONE IS THAT WRONG ?. You are asking me 68 euros refund as that 2 people got late and tour delayed 30minutes.We had to stay 15 minutes., But we completed the tour as we promised. No one complained, all other had a melted hart to understand. No one complained except you. You asked the refund, I refused as we have completed the tour. We did not finished.
