Wonderful tour with Concetta - bring your walking shoes! :)
Sian_B, Mar 2023
A fantastic 4 hour tour through Florence visiting the Uffizi and Accademia - bring your walking shoes! Our guide, Concetta, was absolutely phenomenal and brought the artworks we saw to life, as well as showing us extras at the Accademia as the collection of Stradivari string instruments owned by the Medici family, which was a real highlight. Group size was nice - not too large either. Would very much recommend.
Florence highlights in a day!

This tour was amazing! Michelangelo's David at the Uffizi was the highlight. There were so many wonderful art treasures at the Accademia and our tour guide was an expert at explaining them all!
Outstanding tour.

I was late because of a strike on the trains. I could very easily contact the manager of the tour operator and explain the situation. He was very nice and decided to meet me at the planned meeting point to make it possible for me to joun my group even late and he remained in contact with me until I arrived. Fortunately I could join and enjoy the tour
Great experience

Andrea was amazing and so knowledgeable! It was a great experience going through each gallery as well as walking the streets of Florence and seeing the homes of such huge figures in history!
Excellent for our tour. Highly recommend.

Although this tour was long, it was very informative and enjoyable. Andrea was an excellent tour guide. Easy to understand and very well educated.

Chiara was fantastic. I would not have known what I was looking at without the help of a guide explaining the complexity of the intertwining histories of Florence and it’s famous artists and the Medici family.
Wonderful tour guide, wonderful experience

Our tour guide was excellent! She did a good job of working around the rainy day and helping us to make the most of our time in the museums. She was very knowledgeable and engaging.
This tour provides the main highlights of Florence

Lucia, our guide, was working with the group, making sure she gave us all the details about art and architecture of Florence. We visited the Gallery Dell'Accademia, walked to Duomo, and then Uffizi Gallery. We also had an opportunity to stay in Uffizi after the end of the 4 hour tour. It was a great tour, and just right for us - we had only one day in Florence.
Incredible, but….

Tour guide Oksana was incredibly knowledgeable and wove a tapestry of both history and art throughout our tour. Her mastery of dates and names and how they fit into a broader historical context was extraordinary……but, given the size of the Uffuzi and breadth of artwork within, far too much time was spent on the multitude of rooms housing variations of the same theme-Madonna with Child-at the expense of completely missing three major highlights of the Ufuzzi-Adoration of the Magi by Leonardo de Vinci, Medusa by Caravaggio, and Venus by Titian. Unfortunately, I was not aware these pieces were housed at the Uffuzi until after we left the building. I mistakenly assumed that a tour at this price would at least let us know what highlights were missed or give us a choice to skip some of the rooms that were basically the same painting over and over again by different artists using different techniques so that more if the museum could be explored.
It was just OK

Tour started off without issue. Easy to locate the coordinator and our guide was friendly. We attended on a Sunday and both venues were quiet busy. We would have appreciated more conversation during the city part of the tour as there was a lot of silence between the two venues. Issue: when we were next to enter the Uffizi our tour guide received a call stating she had 2 additional attendees. She told the person on the other end of the call that we were next to enter and whatever was told to her next caused her tk pull us from the line so she could retrieve these 2 new people. We waited for over 30 minutes while the new people were located, given equipment, and returned to the back of the line to wait to enter the Uffizi again. While the tour ultimately ended on time, who knows if we missed anything due to this delay or perhaps could have ended early to have had more time to enjoy our vacation in Florence. Either way, it wasn't a great experience. While I'm sure the late arriving guest were appreciative, the other 6 guests who had to wait 30+ minutes were not. I contacted the group to express our disappointment, but was essentially told "too bad" and nothing was to be done. They will likely respond to my review saying we still ended on time and our group size of 6 was less than the stated size (which I don't know why this is relevant, I cannot help how many people book or do not book your tour). Overall, I think it was an OK experience but there are probably better choices.

Really sorry for the inconvenience. And same time as a human you also need to think about a another human. Customer showed up 15 minutes late. It can be Happen to you also with un avoidable reason. As a customer oriented and high hospitality company we always try to serve our all customers without missing the tour. No one complained, all other had a melted hart to understand. No one complained except you. You asked the refund, I refused as we have completed the tour. We did not finished. Excellent insight from the tour guide. Made the Uffizi manageable by pointing out overarching themes. She was very personable as well.

Amazing experience . It simplified our visit of must see in Florence. Silvia was great .Our entire family enjoyed her stories about the art, history and traditions of Florence. The stories helped as appreciate and get a context for the Renaissance.
Perfect introduction to Renaissance art

What a perfect way to spend half a day seeing two of the best highlights in Florence. Ana was an outstanding guide, shows passion n her descriptions of the art and very knowledgeable. She focused on key pieces and shared key points to remember. I highly recommend this tour with Ana. So glad I booked it!

Our tour guide/historian was Andrea and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the artwork - a brilliant story teller. We were completely engrossed the entire tour. This was the best money we spent in Florence. Do not hesitate to book this tour…and if you can get Andrea you won’t be disappointed!
Fantastic tour

The tour was easy to find, which can be challenging when unfamiliar with the area. Our tour guide (Lulia) was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and interesting. We are not art aficionados..but…The statue of David and all of the information provided was simply amazing. The Botticelli room was breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment taking in these unbelievable works of art. The tour covers a lot of ground at 4 hours, so be sure to eat something ahead of time and bring a water with you, as there is no food allowed in the museums. We were on the tour with two college kids, everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.
