This experience was advertised as I skip the line priority entrance ticket. Unfortunately, this was on a Sunday with free admission and there was no skip the line. But they continued with the tour anywhere and did not cancel. I would advise travelers to always check the museum website before booking with the specific company.

hello but she didn't show up for the tour after however she was warned about the consequences of the day ( she called and a text was sent to her). You also had the option to request a refund but she didn't contact anyone to request it.

Changed start time

Our tour guide changed our start time and gave us to another tour company because we were the only ones booked. She said she tried to contact us but did not send a text or email. We ended up with another guide that spent too much time on only a few paintings. Two couples walked off.

Despite email confirmation of my booking and a text message reminding me to turn up 15 minutes before the start of the tour, the guide at the Uffizi did not have a record of my booking. It was incredibly frustrating to watch the tour leave without me as I stood there with a print-out of the confirmation in my hand. Long-distance phonecalls to Viatour were useless as agents were unable to help. They passed the buck to the tour agent who passed it back to Viatour. In the meantime, my family and I missed out on what should have been the highlight of our Florence visit. I will never use Viatour again. Unreliable and unhelpful - avoid at all cost!

Wonderful tour of the Ufizzi Gallery

The Uffizi Gallery is the primary museum in Florence and it did not disappoint. It was wonderful to see paintings by Botticelli and Michelangelo and da Vinci. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke English well. The 90 minute length was a perfect length. She showed us all the highlights then gave us the option to continue on exploring the less notable galleries in the museum on our own. I would recommend the tour to friends and family.

A very disappointing tour day

We have been on many Viator tours throughout the last six years and this was the first one that was a very poor experience. The young man who gave the tour had a very hard time with English, was late arriving to the Uffizi and after over hour and a half we had only been in three rooms. We, our group of 2, and another group of two that were traveling with us left the tour at that point out of frustration. If this had been my first Viator tour I am sorry to say it probably would have been my last.

We had a lovely time touring the gallery! The guide spoke English very clearly and knew layers of details about the art and artists she described. The only unpleasant thing unrelated to the tour itself is the crowded and hectic nature of the Uffizi Gallery entrances. Hundreds of people from dozens of different groups makes finding your your rather difficult.

La Galleria degli Uffizi richiederebbe, a mio avviso, una visita di un anno intero! E forse servirebbe un giorno intero per ciascuna delle Opere più importanti! Bisogna però accontentarsi e, nel nostro caso, la fortuna ci ha veramente aiutati. E la fortuna è stata aver trovato ANA KHIZANIHVILI. Una Guida che ci ha tenuti con la "pelle d'oca" per tutta la durata della visita! La sua non è stata una semplice illustrazione tecnica delle Opere visitate durante il tour! E' stato invece un continuo transfert di sensazioni, di emozioni indescrivibili. La sua passione è diventata la nostra passione, il suo amore per l'arte, è divenuto il nostro amore! Per quanto ci riguarda, non essendo esperti della materia, è stata una esperienza davvero inaspettata e che rimarrà indelebile nei nostri ricordi! Grazie ANA!
