The young lady who was the tour guide in our bus / cant remember her name. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the mother-daugher run family vineyard that we visited was really cozy and charming

Our guide was good, but the stars are really the people you interact with at each winery. We had so much fun! Also, while yes you spend about an hour on the bus, each way, we got to know some great people and it was worth it.

We came to Florence for 2 days and wanted to visit the Tuscany, it was a great tour! We got to go to two different vineyards where we had lots of wine, meat and cheese. To start, the wine was great. However, when other reviews say you spend a lot of time on a bus, they mean A LOT of time on the bus. 3 of the 5 hours of this tour are sitting on a bus, and the visits to the vineyards felt a little rushed.

The Chianti area is about 1 hour from Florence, but please consider that we need to reach the surrounding hills in order to visit and immerse yourselves into the vineyards. The wineries are very close to one another, about 20 minutes by bus but it gives you the chance to admire and capture amazing different views and panoramas other than taste different own-produced wines. Too much driving

While the wine was tasty it should be noted that 1.5 hours of this 5 hour trip is at the wineries and the rest is driving. The trip to the first winery was outside at the beginning even in the cold so dress appropriately.

January and February are the coldest months of the year so yes, it is strongly suggested to dress appropriately. Anyways, the winery just welcomed you with a little aperitif before letting you enter inside. It is a way to let you immerse even more in the Tuscany hills. Comfortable bus ride out to the verdant hills of Tuscany! The vineyards we visited were beautiful! The wine, cheese, olive oil and bread we tasted were all perfect and delicious! I booked the tour on the Viator App the day before we went as a last minute idea. We could not have been happier! Vera was our tour guide and she and the bus driver were wonderful! This trip out to Tuscany rounded out our very short but excellent Florence vacation. Thank you Vera!

Great stress-free wine tasting experience

Lovely trip to 2 wine estates for wine tasting and snacks. It's a great value for driving all the way from Florence. You spend a lot of time on the bus, but it's a great, stress-free way to explore the countryside and Tuscan wines. Stefano was very knowledgeable and helpful. It did take a bit longer than 5 hours, so just keep that in mind when booking.

Two amazing wineries. Our tour guide Stefano was excellent and the bus driver was great. Seamless experience. In December it was light at the first winery with a beautiful sunset ride to the second. The second was lovely and lit up at night. The wine was fantastic, we learned so much from both winery staff, and food/oils at the second spot were delicious. Highly recommend - especially great as a low cost half day trip.
