Description left out key details

The description of the tour sounded like a leisurely walk through the city which is why I booked it for my family ranging in age from 74 - 6. Our tour guide (she never gave her name) was fixated on speed and accomplishing the tour on a certain timetable. We were never walking fast enough for her. Also, the booking's description needs to include more information about the path of the tour. It requires a high level of physical fitness to walk to up the steep mountain at the end. We did not make it. Again, had I known, I would not have booked it for our group. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed seeing Florence by foot in the early morning, but the description is lacking important details. Oh, and it's not a private tour. There were two other couples. That was not what I was expecting from the booking description.

I'm sorry you found yourself in trouble. In the description of the tour it is well specified that a good physical shape is required and that it is not recommended for those who do not have it. For your health, since you are not very young, I advise you to carefully read the description of a tour before booking it! Even that it is not a private tour it is very clear, especially from the price you paid, since in Italy, but I believe in all European countries, a private tour costs at least € 60 per hour. Having said all this, you cannot take the refund of the few Euros you paid (for the booking! Not for the tour!) for not having properly evaluated what you were booking. I'm sorry but the only person you need to be angry with, is yourself!
