The lack of ability to accommodate tourists is ridiculous.. trips to Europe aren’t cheap.. would not recommend. Not worth the hassle at all.

This was one of our favorite parts of our trip to Italy. Chef was so helpful and did a great job teaching. We learned so many new skills and can’t wait to make pasta at home! The recipes were delicious and the experience as a whole was great

This was a fantastic evening. The chefs were really friendly and funny and were more then happy to answer any questions. The demonstrations were informative but easy to follow and we worked in small groups so everyone had plenty to do. We made two pasta dishes, gnocchi and a pan a cotta. We all ate together finished with a glass of wine.
The first cooking course and I will be back

What a fabulous time we had. Not just did I learn all about pasta and received tips how to make a pasta sauce even more delicious, it was entertaining too. I will be back in Florence and definitely do another cooking course with the school.

    Sonia_C, Jul 2022
The chef was very helpful and explained each step of the cooking process. They also accommodated all of my dietary restrictions. It was so nice to cook with other tourists and eat lunch together. Each table has 6 people, so the groups were small and intimate. Would highly recommend this experience!
    Delicious recipes and good instructions

Our instructor was sweet and good at explanations. The food turned out excellent. The only draw back was the noise. Although we were a small group, they were many small groups in the kitchens which made for a loud environment. Overall, still an excellent and enjoyable experience.
    Worst Experience of My Trip
    Katlyn_G, Jun 2022
I booked this class after reading the reviews, which are great. However, I don’t know who is writing these. Half of the class was spent waiting: in the beginning we waited for around 30 minutes for the class to start and then after we waited an hour for the food to be ready. It says 15 people max - they mean PER TABLE. There were at least 50 people all crammed into one room. We could barely hear the instructor, and we had to put everything into one pot (no individual stations). At the end we didn’t even get to eat our own creations, just a mix of 50 people’s. The worst part was: one bottle of wine per table of six people at the very end. That was it. I also got to eat maybe 3 raviolis and they tasted terrible. My boyfriend and I left early because we were starving and got dinner after. So disappointing and not worth it - PLEASE do not do this class.
No to be missed! One of our favorite adventures on our trip.

Stefano was great! We loved how we all were able to learn Aeschylus step of the meal. Everything tasted amazing!
