it's hard to accept a bad review like this. We would like to remind you that you didn't show up on time at our office, despite this we have allowed you to collect the ticket, indeed we sent it to you as per your request by message with about an hour delay compared to the booking made.
We haven't made mistakes, while you have made several and below you will list them:
1- you didn't show up at the time indicated in the booking and chosen for the visit
2- you contacted us almost an hour late
3- you didn't come to redeem your ticket and change the voucher at the office, which is clearly described in the voucher (by the way, our office is located 50 meters from the attraction you were about to visit)
4- you were unable to download the file we sent you via message on the platform as per your request
5- you wrote a review accusing our service, when instead the person not prepared and not informed about what he had bought was you.
We cannot accept such reviews, it is not fair for you to complain about things that are not true. We haven't even seen your face and despite this we have done everything to please you. At the end it is always us as an agency who lose and this is not fair.
We operators are absolutely not protected in these cases, customers always have the opportunity to complain or say what they want, how they want and when they want.
