Pasta Time

I went with my mom and daughter (12) and we loved it. Definitely a great experience for all of us. The instructor was awesome and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the pasta class. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. So glad we did this. Our girls (16, 14, and 11) really enjoyed it. We were hesitant to do it at first due to the unknown, but happy we did! It’s in a cute little studio upstairs. Giancomo (our chef and teacher) was amazing. He was so helpful and gave us so many tips on how to successfully make pasta. Hands on experience. Plenty of room and supplies. Pasta from scratch. After two hours of making the pasta, we sat down to enjoy our hard work. Sooooo good! Wine for adults and juice for the kids. We were stuffed. Highly recommend. We bought a bottle of wine for the road. Highly recommend!!!! We plan on making pasta when we get home as a family. It’s therapeutic!!!

We had so much fun making pasta! Jessica was very encouraging and friendly. She learned our names quickly, and she never lost her patience. It was easier than I was expecting and much more delicious than I imagined. The sauces were incredible, and I'm glad we received all of the recipes. I took the class, thinking that it would just be a fun experience with friends. I'm now thinking I might actually try to make pasta at home.

We went to this class not really knowing what to expect and were blown away by it. Our host was Antonella who was beyond fantastic, she brought such a wonderful fun energy to the class and made it a blast. The food was delicious and not too difficult at all for people who never made pasta from scratch before. I could not recommend this enough, and if you have the chance to try and do it with Antonella!

We had such a fun class, even with 13 people (shout out to those from NC!). Our instructor, Louisa, was so friendly and accommodating. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does and spends time to engage with the class throughout the entire event. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun cooking class. Can't go wrong with this one!

Our chef Ale (Alejandra) was fantastic. She was a great teacher, but also was great at bringing our group together & getting to know each other & by the end of the night we were sitting all leisurely eating, drinking wine, & getting to know each other. The actual making of the pasta was fun & we went home with the recipe for pasta, fillings, and sauce. Truly a fantastic evening & would highly recommend for anyone with whoever they may be traveling with or traveling solo.
