Jacob was fantastic as our guide who was with us the whole trip. Very informative with a great personality. Elena was our tour guide through Siena. She was born and raised there and had lots of great information and stories about Siena and the church we toured through. Mario won best dressed driver. Very safe and professional. The places we visited were amazing! The food and wine at the winery were absolutely delicious and gave big portions. We were all wonderfully full of pasta and wine afterwards. You’ll get your steps in at San Gimignano.. it’s on top of a hill and some streets are steep to walk on, but absolutely gorgeous views and architecture. Be warned though- If you Get car sick, the trip from San Gimignano to Pisa might affect you- lots of windy roads. But the views are stellar out of the bus windows. Pisa was crowded but it was amazing to see it up close. It was a long day, but I’d do it again!

Amazing tour. Stephan was very informative and a great guide. Paolo's driving skills were superb. Enjoyed the winery we stopped at for lunch. The lunch and the drinks were very good. Everywhere we stopped was a site to see.

It was such a hot day. I would recommend the tour company bring at least one cold bottle of water for each guest. The 3 places were lovely & lunch at the winery was very good. Note to travelers, there is a lot of walking. Wear comfortable walking shoes as there are inclines & steps.

This tour was professional from beginning to end. Our guide on the bus was friendly, helpful and informative, and gave everyone quiet time in the bus. The tour guide in Siena was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We had just the right amount of time in Siena, San Gimigana and Pisa to get a good feel for the places. The tour leader Malcolm was awesome and did a great job informing and sharing insights with us. My only frustration was the long walks from where the bus dropped us off to get to Siena and San Gimignano. This took away from our time visiting these places-everthing after we left Siena felt rushed. Also spent far too much time looking for and/or standing in line to use a toilet.

A long day but well organised from the pick up point. Our tour guide was the lovely Hilary and she did a great job of keeping our group informed not only about the local history of the places we visited but also keeping the group informed of meeting times and places,ready to go onto next place. Luca was our driver and drove us safely to each place. The lunch at the vineyard was simple but enjoyable with wine tasting. Would recommend booking with Ciao Florence via Viator.

We were very disappointed with this tour. The bus was late to begin with and the tour guide walked too fast and got too far ahead of us and the group of 5 in front of us. We got tired of trying to catch up to them and gave up as we were losing sight of them. We ended up taking a taxii for 130 euros back to Florence. Your website should indicate that the tour has lots and lots of walking. We would appreciate a refund as we did not see any of the tour.

Beautiful three Tuscan towns, but the trip felt very rushed at each location. I would recommend to a prospective tourist, if they wouldn’t mind being rushed. We paid over $100 each to be rushed around all day. It’s a lot of money and this should’ve been better planned. Maybe instead of including Pisa in this itinerary, focus more within Tuscany, where we could’ve had more time in Siena, San Gimignano, and perhaps another Tuscan town. The family vineyard for lunch was ok. Il Ciliego? They were quite stingy with food, wine, biscotti, and even olive oil. The staff are all very nice, but I would not recommend this vineyard to anyone. Thank you.

All the places we visited were beautiful, even in the rain. The guides were really nice and Silvia spoke English and Spanish very well. The speaker system on the bus was so loud it hurt my ears. I should have said something but no one else seemed to mind. Wish we had more time in each place.

We recently did a guided coach tour of Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. It was a full day - 12 hr tour with lunch at a beautiful winery. Constantine was a magnificent tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and able to switch between multiple languages instantly. He looked after the 58 strong group brilliantly. The tour stops were amazing, such ancient history and beautiful architecture. Thanks to our driver, Mario, who expertly manoeuvred the coach through the twisty Tuscan hills and delivered my family safely back to Firenze at the end of a long day. Grazie mille, Peter.

Siena Cathedral was very impressive. We had a terrific guide. The lunch and wine tasting in San Gimignano was outstanding. Entertaining, great food and wonderful wine. The tour should have ended on that note. But Pisa was included which makes the trip too long. Tour is a large group and bi-lingual.
