Giacamo was an amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about Florence and the history and that is exactly what we were looking for when booking a tour! We walked a lot of Florence and got little details along the way from main destination to main destination of things we would not have known just walking the streets or areas ourselves! We were in a small group with only one other couple so it felt very nice and personal.

Brian was a great tour guide. It was the perfect amount of time and since it was a small group of 5, it was very personalized. Brian knew the answers to all of our questions and added in more details at the Academia in terms of art history. The skip the line was great because the regular line was at least a 2 hour wait. This was a great tour to get the basics of Florence in under 3 hours!

Great tour for our family w/teenagers! Catarina was an excellent, friendly and wonderful guide who introduced us to key highlights and backroads of the beautiful city of Florence, great small artisan workshops (we enjoyed a paper decorating session with glue an dyes), recommendation for restaurants, and a comprehensive explanation of all the art and Statue of David. Definitely worth paying for skipping the line to the museum and getting an up close view of David.

Lots of fun history and stories about the city of Florence. But like any rock band at a concert, they wait to play their hits until the end - 3 hours was a bit much, and probably could have been cut to 2 or 2.5. Our guide was great though, very knowledgeable and a charming fellow.
