    • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option. Tickets to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum are not included on the basic 2-hour tour.
    • Free entry to Florence Cathedral is only for the main part of the church, excluding the dome, baptistry, museum or bell tower. The cathedral is usually open from 10 am to 5 pm. Interior tours during masses and scheduled events are limited, and there may be a long line to get in (up to 1 hour). If entry is not possible or takes too long, the guide will provide all information outside. It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting the churches in Florence.
    • For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
    • Skip-the-line tickets to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum
    • provide faster entry without queuing at the ticket office, but you may have to wait for the tickets to be checked and security checks.
    • Due to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum's rules, 1 licensed guide can show a group of 1-20 people, so the price of the tour will be higher if you need more than 1 guide. For 21-40 people we will provide service of 2 licensed guides.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
