      Great tour, learning about the history of the castle was very interesting and the cooking class was excellent! The meal we made was delicious and we really enjoyed learning about the locally produced wine and olive oil.

      To say we had a great time is an understatement. The cooking class and the winery tour were so special. First, the winery is beautiful. Secondly, the wine was wonderful. Last and definitely not least, we had a phenomenal time cooking with Jerry! He is funny, friendly, a perfect teacher, and a fabulous chef. The food we prepared Chef Jerry was DELICIOUS, and after we cooked it then, it was served to us in such an intimate setting! I would book this again in a heartbeat!

      Fantastic experience from the premium hotel pick up, the funny chef making pasta to the wine tour and tasting. The pasta was superb, the wine amazing and it was such a wonderful day. Book this tour!!! You won’t regret it.

      The tour was fantastic. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable on the property, history and wines! Our cooking class took place in the restaurant which is an extension of the castle.

      The tour of the castle, wine cellars and history we’re magnificently told , the pasta class was perfect and eating what we had made with our classmates was fun! The wine and food was delicious. The Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the driver- arranged by Viator charged us $130.00 instead of the $95.00 we were quoted.

      Everything about this tour was incredible. The place itself is stunning. - everywhere you turned looked like something out of a movie. The wine tour and tasting lead by Simone was amazing and informative. And the pasta making class was so much fun (and the pasta was beyond delicious). It was an absolutey perfect day and the highlight of our time in Tuscany.

      One of the best experiences of our entire vacation! The entire family thoroughly loved gaining new insight and knowledge of preparing a traditional Italian feast and is excited to go home and try and replicate it.

      We took advantage of arranging for a driver to pick us up in Florence and that was well worth the 70 Euros. It felt like a long day at the castle, however. We were picked up at 2:30 p.m. The event started at 3:30 p.m. with a winery tour. It was incredibly hot in Florence that day, and the tour started on a back patio overlooking the countryside. While pretty, we were all melting. It would have been nice if we had been offered water, or even wine, right at the very start. Then we went into the wine cellars to hear about the history of the place and the wine production. All of that lasted an hour. The whole time we were standing and listening. Then we went into the kitchen, where it was hot and there were no fans. There were 15 people in the group with me and my husband. Again, an offer of water would have been nice. We stood around for the next two hours cooking dinner. Stools would have been helpful for us to sit on while various volunteers, plucked from the group by jovial Chef Jeremy, helped cook the meal. We made pasta, chicken, potatoes and cake. The cooking was really fun and informative. Every single person in our group, which included several kids, got a chance to do some part of the meal - rolling pasta, cutting pasta, stirring the chicken, cracking the eggs, etc. Finally, we sat in a nice, big dining area and tasted 4 wines and ate our delicious meal. It was delicious! We got back to our hotel at 8:30 p.m.

      This tour was even better than advertised - the grounds and castle are stunning and the people wonderful! Chef Jerry, the Sommalier, and owners went out of their way to make this a memorable experience and the found and wine were outstanding!

      Absolutely wonderful experience! We have 4 teens and we all enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The tour, cooking class and tasting as well as atmosphere were excellent. The chef made the cooking class so enjoyable for everyone and all in our group were able to participate in the cooking process. We did have quite a few laughs! The sommelier was very knowledgeable and we had to take some wine and oil home with us!The drive was lovely and the company arranged transport for us at an additional charge which was super helpful for a party of 6. Absolutely recommend this tour for couples and families with teens! We will be back for sure!

      The tour and the history of the castle was very interesting. The cooking experience being tutored by a master chef was amazing we all had the opportunity to help prepare the food and got to eat it afterwards.The chef taught us so much giving personal tips etc. We also got the opportunity to taste 5 different wines 🍷 😋 following dinner .The whole experience was excellent I would definitely recommend the tour.

      This was one of the best tours I have ever done, period. We spent two weeks in Italy, touring several different cities Ans experiences but this was by far our favorite. The chef, Gerry was incredibly personable and kept us engaged through the day. The food turned out phenomenal and we can’t wait to go home and show off our new pasta skills. The wine was lovely as well! Thank you to all the staff who were so kind to us!

      This was one of our favorite tours. The staff at the castle were so welcoming & we had a great tour. The cooking class was more thorough than I anticipated, including making pasta from scratch. The chef was so much fun, very personable. We then enjoyed the final dinner in a beautiful room, by a fireplace, with view of the property. Very romantic. We had some of their amazing wine shipped back to U.S. I highly recommend this tour!
