I was a little overwhelmed with the tour options when visiting Florence. I’m very glad we went with this one. Chiara was our guide and she was amazing - very knowledgeable, entertaining, and personable. We learned so much about the city and had a great experience seeing the prominent things and also things off the beaten path. There was something for everyone - history, architecture, Michelangelo, the Medici family, and we finished with a list of recommendations from Chiara.

So much history, even with the time allotted, it still really isn't enough - and although so much is shared, it is obvious it truly only scratches the surface - but certainly the Medici family's heritage and impact to Florence is on full display and our guide illuminated it very well!

Was cancelled the night before reason guide unwell had no chance to book another tour and this company was still on line taking deposits for bookings for the same day that our tour was cancelled As of yet no deposit returned

A very interesting tour, big thumbs up to our guide Chiara, 2 hours the right amount of time, great stuff, my only negative comment, this tour would be better if a audio thing with headphones were provided, it would be easier to here the guide in the crowded places, something to go rider, otherwise great tour!

Our guide Chiara took us on a very enjoyable journey from medival to renaissance Florence and the role the Medici played in part of this. While giving us an overview on one hand, Chiara depicted in some instances, how little easily overseen details like the relief below Donatellos Sant George at Orsonmichele have an outstanding meaning in history of art. Highly recommended!
