Nice trip
Candis_P, Feb 2023
The tour is great if you are looking for free time to roam. That’s what we were looking for. The reason for 3 stars is because every time we were in the bus the tour guide and bus driver talked loudly non stop to one another. It got be to extremely distracting. On the longest drive (Siena back to Florence). Most of us were tired and trying to nap, that ride was 1.5 hours long and we listened to them the entire time.

Good morning from Caf, we regret that you gave us 3 starts even if you thought that the tour was great. We apologize if you could not rest during the the travel back to Florence. Thanks for your feedback. Regards.

Our tour guide, Sandro, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and passionate. It truly allows us to learn about the areas we visited and he also provided little presents at each stop- such a thoughtful gesture!!! We had enough time to explore every stop and would 10000% do it again
We had so much fun we would do it again on the same trip

Where do we even begin. I took this tour with my boyfriend and our 3 friends and we all had an AMAZING time. Our guide Marco was incredible, he was so kind and lively. We chose to have free time in Siena rather than the guided tour which was honestly perfect for us because by the end of the long day we just decided to sit and have a drink with the view of the cathedral. If you are worried about the tour length, just know that it is a lot more doable than it sounds and none of us left the tour feeling over tired or drained as there was plenty of time to rest on the bus rides between locations. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to see the Tuscan region without making it a whole other destination on their trip.
Bring your own guide book.

This was my second time doing a tour like this. The first time our tour guide talked to us during the drive and gave us the histories of the towns and what to look for. This guide really didn’t and I’m so glad we had the prior experience to build on. Also we did NOT go to Monteriggioni but to a vineyard in the area. That being said the lunch at the vineyard was really nice.

A grand day out
Andy_D, Apr 2022
This is a really excellent trip. San G and Sienna are beautiful places with some awesome architecture with particular mention to the duomo in Sienna, which is a masterpiece! . The wine tasting and meal are really good - the owner of the vineyard is genuine and hospitable. The tour guide Marta is a star, patient, good humoured and professional. She helps to create a lovely ambiance.
A great day in the Tuscan

Easy going visit with good historical info in Siena. Simple lunch, more of a sales pitch than relaxing lunch.

This was suppose to be an English tour and ended up a mixed tour. Guide was inattentive, bus driver not so good. It included a tour of Siena but I was charged 18 euros extra for that. Winery was great.

The visits to San Gimignano and Siena. The wine tasting part was below expectations compare to other wine tasting tours that I have done in California. The tour guide Kioto seemed to be in a rush the whole trip ☹️
Great day trip for small price
Sherry_L, Sep 2021
We loved sitting in the Del Campo piazza where the horse races in Sienna are held and sipping wine! Tuscany countryside is beautiful.

Typical bus tour, above average guide
Jessica_M, Sep 2021
This seemed pretty standard for this type of trip. Keiko was an ideal group leader. She had great suggestions, and showed us to hot spots in the towns. Very informative along the drive. She also seamlessly did all of this in both Spanish and English.
Response from Host, Sep 2021

The visits to San Gimignano and Siena were great but then our bus broke down and we sat on the side of the road for well over an hour. This caused our wine tasting to last about 10 minutes and we never visited Greve.

More time in San Gimignano would have been appreciated. 45 minutes was not enough for this gem. The time spent in Greve was mostly a waste -- it was an insignificant town.
