Easiest Skip the Line We’ve Purchased

This was really well organized and allowed us to enter the gallery without standing in the line that wrapped around the corner. I was nervous that we would struggle to find the person to get our tickets from but they were right where they said they would be and were friendly.

Michelangelo's David sculpture the main attraction in addition to a few more sculpture work; and other sculpture by other sculptors of the time. Paintings from the 13th century and others. The museum visit was a bit a problem with the organizer; late in showing up to the meeting place and not quite organized setting up the museum entry of the folks on their list.

Confusing getting tickets

Skipping the line was worth the price. But getting the ticket was very confusing. It gives you an address but then you just have to wait til a guy shows up with tickets. So many tours and tickets it’s very confusing what you are supposed to do. We got in quickly and saw David that we came for. Overpriced tickets but our only option to get in at a certain time.

A little hectic trying to find who is our contact at the door, but overall a fantastic experience. The museum is small relative to Uffizi, but very nicely planned and easy to access. The audio guide system worked well for the most of our visit.

Booking was as described. But it would be helpful if there were signage at the waiting point to tell customers they are waiting in the right place since the people giving vouchers do not show up until right before the booking time.

This was a great time saver. We received an email with clear instructions on where to pick up the tickets. This allowed us to get right into the museum without having to wait in the huge line. Pay attention to the email and you will be ok. We recommend the service.

Florence visit

Got tickets with audio to Accademia. Our only problem - thought we should exchange ‘scan code’ at ticket office. Didnt realize we were to meet guide at nearby small piazza. We thus waited x 25 minutes. Then had to wait about 10 more minute for another couple/ buyer who never showed. Really our mistake but got hot I the sun! Overall worked great - we just didn’t understand how it worked.
