Skip-the-line tickets to the Basilica di Santa Croce grant you immediate entry at your booked time, without waiting in line at the ticket office.
Headsets will be provided for groups larger than 4 people inside the Basilica.
Guided tours inside the churches during masses and scheduled events are limited. If entry is not possible, the guide will provide all information outside.It is advised to cover your shoulders and knees when visiting the churches in Florence.
Piazzale Michelangelo is located up a hill so it's best to wear comfortable shoes as you will walk a lot.
For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
The 3- and 4,5-hour options include an estimated 1-hour round-trip transfer time between the meeting point and the accommodation address provided when booking. Please note that the transfer time quoted is for information purposes only and can take longer or shorter depending on the distance and traffic.
We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
