Our guide, Bernie, was a font of knowledge for all the sights. He had exceptional knowledge of Michelangelo’s David, the sculptures around the city, and the stunning cathedral , taking lots of time to point out features and to answer any questions we had. We loved this experience! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to cater the tour to the interests of the group. Being able to skip the long lines and head directly to the David and inside the Duomo was so worth it! Would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence for the first time to get a lay of the land.

Matteo was a fabulous guide. He definitely loves his job and feels a great deal of love for his city! The only thing I would say is that the directions of how and where to meet were not at all clear. The email and messages I received made it sound like there was a specific location to “get tickets” when in fact it was just a matter of finding the correct tour group in the piazza, not getting tickets. Once we figured this out the tour was great. Would recommend Matteo as a guide for anyone wanting to learn about Florence.

I have done a walking tour a few times before over the years with a tour group. Amazing experience with a great guide, Ishmael. He was fun, very knowledgeable , and asked about people's comfort as we went. Highly recommend! Also, remember it is nice to tip your guide for excellent service !

Ticket/voucher is a bit confusing. On app it says you need to collect the tickets but actually you don’t, just head to the point and meet the organizers. We had among the best guide I’ve had the chance to encounter. Our guide explained to us the history and also the cultural impact that is David. Truly left me thinking about his inspirational words hours after the tour. Overall the tour was purposeful and we didn’t feel as though we were being dragged from point a-b mindlessly.

After booking my tour the tour guide texted me asking if I could move the tour 4 hours later. I could not because I had a train to make. I could not get a refund on this tour which was almost $400 despite at least 10 emails sent over 4 days well before the tour time deadline, and literally hours on a chat with a so-called customer service representative who was completely useless. They do not train their representatives and it was both very aggravating and a HUGE WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME WHILE ON VACATION IN FLORENCE. STAY AWAY! They would not even compensate me for their mistake and what they put me through while I was supposed to be on vacation. Use another company- this was ridicuously bad, and no acknowledgement of what they had done.

Brenda was our guide and she is incredible! So knowledgeable and brought a great depth to seeing David and Il Duomo. Check-in was super easy and quick. The radio headsets were super helpful to hear Brenda throughout the tour. At the end, she even stayed behind a few moments to give recommendations for gelato and restaurants.
