Perfect tour for our young family

Martina did a fantastic job engaging my kids on the tour. The highlight of the tour was the paper demo. Martina even helped me to book a paper marbling workshop for my kids that we could do later in the day. This was extremely helpful as the regular demo shop was already booked. Martina was able to recommend another shop that was available. My kids and I had a great time.

After waiting a half hour...

After waiting a half hour in the rain, Viator confirmed that my tour guide wasn't going to show up. Company was very apologetic and the refund was super quick, but I'd arranged our day around that tour and it was challenging to rearrange a full day of sightseeing on no notice. Overall, great customer service from Viator, but I would have preferred to take the tour.
