This is a can’t miss tour ! We had such an amazing day biking through beautiful scenery ! Our tour guide was excellent and made everything fun (even offered to take photos for us when we stopped ). The tour ends at a magnificent castle with a tour of where they make wine and olive oil . Lunch was served (delicious ) at the end with lots of wine to taste . Also had an opportunity to purchase wine and olive oil at the end after a really great explanation of the wine choices . This quite possibly was the best tour we have ever taken

Straight out of a Tuscan Film

What a spectacular way to spend a day in Tuscany! Our guide, Angus, was knowledgeable and fun, and provided the perfect tour-leader spirit. The ride is gorgeous with lots of scenic vistas for pictures, you ride past olive groves and wineries… the works! The castle is incredible, and the tour of the wine cellar and oil mill- although brief- is illustrative enough to learn about how important it is to the culture and area in Chianti. The lunch was superb! The spot on the grounds is right out of a movie, and the food and wine was delish! All around a wonderful tour that we all highly recommend doing! The only things I would note is that you spend about 19-20km riding, so an Ebike is a great option if you can swing it. Especially since the hill towards the end of the ride is killer without an Ebike. Since you ride overall downhill for more than half of the distance from the get-go, then ride on the flat valley floor, you have to quickly make up the incline at the end. Quite a few in our group opted to ride in the van with their bikes on the rack. I do think the route should be outlined more thoroughly in the tour description (if tour guides read this!) as I think some in our group were in over their heads even with Ebikes. But if you are fit and have an Ebike, it is wonderful.

What a great way to see the Tuscan countryside. Our tour guide was absolutely the best! Perfect length of time riding with a wonderful wine tour and lovely lunch. We enjoyed every minute! Thank you Angus!

We had a great time biking alongside the vineyards and through the hills. Our guide was very friendly, informative and made sure we were all safe. The ride is on the road with cars occasionally passing. There is a van with a bike rack that follows the group incase someone decides to stop riding the bike. You will raise your heart rate during the uphill parts, but the ride is doable for anyone in decent shape. The pace of our group was leisurely, as we all enjoyed the scenery. The bikes have gears to make it easier to go uphill. After the ride, we had lunch at the historic castle and received a tour of the wine cellar and olive oil cellar. The lunch was delicious, along with the wine and oil tasting. We had such a great time and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys seeing the country side with a little exercise.

This tour was a beautiful way to experience the hills and countryside of Chianti. From start to finish, our guide Ben was incredibly informative and passionate. He took great care of the group, made sure we were all in line and traveled behind us at times so nobody was left behind. There is also a van on standby incase anyone needs it and decides they can not go any further. With the manual bikes this was comforting especially with the heat and the hills. I would suggest the e-bikes, but if you’re up to it the manual bike is a great challenge and work out (at least for me). We stopped along the way to take photos and hear a bit about the history of cultivating grapes to wine and olives to olive oil. Ben had a smile on his face the whole time and it is contagious if you need a little pick me up and reminder to enjoy the moment, he was a great one. I was not up for the last hill and I hopped in the van and had a great conversation with Lorenzo as well. Not many people can talk with me about my love for philosophy and science so I enjoyed every moment of our conversation. The winery was beautiful. We tasted three different wines and the olive oil. They have vegetarian options for lunch available and accommodate all dietary preferences. All in all, I’d give this tour a 10/10. Grateful for the experience :)

The views of the Tuscan countryside were breath taking! The wine and lunch at the Tuscan vineyard were great! .They catered for my Daughter who is Vegan.We Made new friend's from across the world and Angus our Guide was great and he gave us an insight to how the grapes of the region are grown. The actual bike ride was good but hard in a couple of places and i tended to lag behind but they always kept me in sight and the man in the bike van kept stopping along the road and asking if i was ok . Before the last hill to the Vineyard for Lunch i got off the bike and walked up the hill Lol! Even my Daughter who is fitter didn't make it all the way up! We both haven't been on a bike for over 6 year's but we enjoyed the Tour and made great memories.

This was a great experience for my husband and I and our two kids (mid-20’s). Ben was an awesome guide with a great personality and some insight into making wine! Definitely one of the best things we did in Italy! The ride was fun, just the right amount of time (2 hrs), and just enough of a challenge for everyone. The lunch at the castle was awesome and we all enjoyed the wine and olive oil tastings.

The Tuscan countryside is beautiful! We stopped along the way and our guide explained the different vines for different wines. We’re not super strong riders so my 13 yr old and I rode in the air conditioned van part of the way. FWIW - it’s 13 miles but hilly. They found a route that is mostly downhill and gorgeous. I don’t regret skipping the big hill at the end. Did NOT seem vacation-like to do that one!

We really enjoyed this tour, and it was a great way to get out of Florence and see the country side in just half a day. Our tour guide, Angus, was very friendly, helpful and great to talk with throughout the tour. Based the description we had initially read of the tour, we thought we were going to have lunch and a wine tasting in a castle. We had lunch at someone's home (the food and the views were great!), but without what we consider a "wine tasting", as we were serve one wine. We had been excited about the prospect of going inside of a castle, and suggest this should be more specific on the description. Not sure why that changed for our tour, as it was not specified. Otherwise, it was great overall!
