Very short tour time with guide! The audio was substandard.. poor value! Guides were good, but you often could not understand them.. they seemed uninterested. They couldnt couldn't wait to leave us behind.

Well worth the money! The Uffizi is huge and overwhelming, but Giacomo was able to hit many of the important and interesting pieces, and explain their context and background. He was full of great knowledge and answered all of our questions with grace. He is truly passionate about the city of Florence and it shows! The details we were made aware of blew us away. Would recommend!

Giacomme (Jack) was an incredible tour guide in our trip to the Uffizze & D’Academie. He had tremendous stories & clearly had a strong background & knowledge of the artwork & Florence! He also brought his own resources like maps & pictures to best illustrate the subject matter. The timing of the tour was great too-covered a lot of ground at both museums & got a bit of a history lesson as we traveled from one to the other. Great experience. Highly recommend

Camilla gave us her invaluable insights into the works of art that we saw throughout the tour. As an artist herself, she helped us appreciate the various artworks and the context in which they were created. Similarly, Giacomo who was studying architecture and was a self proclaimed history buff presented information in a very interesting and engaging manner, with much of his enthusiasm and good humour sprinkled into the mix. Both were excellent guides who made the experience memorable and worthwhile.

More than worth it, A must.

Great Experience With Knowledgeable And Fun Tour Guide(s). We recently visited Florence and toured the Uffize and Accademia. The artwork and history were amazing! Our first tour, the Uffizi, was a library of art that we had seen in books but never thought we'd experience person. After the Uffizi, we had a break with free time for a couple hours and met back at the tour office. The Acccademia Tour took us a short walk through the streets of Florence and the Duomo with great info shared by our guide. The Accademia tour featured Michealangelo's works as well as artwork before and after. Again, our guide did a great job sharing the information and the importance of the art and history. After a short time in the Accademia, we turn a corner and at the end of a grand salon stands The David...it was even more impressive that I imagined. Much thanks to our guides...I can't remember the names but we will forever remember how their shared the information and their love of the rich history. One of our guides even knew about Whataburger!

We visited Florence in early December and decided the Uffizi is too vast and we needed a guide. As luck would have it, we got the best guide ever - Martina. She was extremely helpful and knew all the key historical facts to give us context to all the art. She was a fine arts student, so she brings her unique expertise. Our experience would not have been the same without Martina and I'm so thankful we booked this tour! Really made our trip memorable.

Seeing the mock-up statues and the explanation that they were somewhat unique and expressed the sculptors' process of releasing the "prisoners" that were inherent in the stone- and of course seeing the David from all angles and all the four paintings that were viewable because the crowds were limited, or at least metred.
