We received emails telling us we needed to arrive 15 minutes before the 1 PM start. Once we arrived, we ended up waiting over half an hour for late group members! Huge waste of time!

My tour guide Sarah was wonderful. I really appreciated her deep level of knowledge, and the history and culture she shared as we walked through the museum. She was kind, personable, and very accommodating to our group. I'd highly recommend this tour!

I found this to be a good use of time and money. The museum is otherwise very crowded, but with the guide, one can navigate the lines, get right in, plus get a good explanantion of some select works of art by Michelangelo and some others. This is probably not for folks steeped in art history knowledge of that time, but it's great for the novice like myself.

Viator is a very trustable company, so I am sure your confirmation must have gone in the spam folder, or maybe there was some other kind of problem you should verify through their customer service. Still we were not contacted by anyone of your party to check the reservation was confirmed or not, so really we couldn't have been aware of this issue and couldn't have done else that providing an excellent service on the tour, and call you at the tour starting time (which we did twice without getting a reply) in order to know if you will soon join the tour or renounce. Since you didn't join the tour, and you cannot be disappointed about our services, your review can't be a reflection of the quality we provide. START TIME 1:00 PM The meeting point is also available on google, and provided with pictures of the place, searching for 'Florencetown Headquarter', and a stone tag is available on the wall by the meeting point, in order to help our clients to find the exact point. Said so, we deeply apologize for not beeing able to promptly reply to your messages on Viator but when you have contacted us, you were already on a delay and the tour had already departed, since you had to be there at 12.45 pm, and your first message was written at 1.02 PM, when we were taking care of other procedures already, for other tours departing. Great guide who truly knew her stuff. A big waste of time to meet at the company’s office and then have a 15 minute walk to the gallery. Malfunctioning audio didn’t help. Pouring rain made it worse. At least They replaced the faulty audio set.

Bypassed all the lines. Our guide was very informative and it was a great tour. The art and of course the masterpiece works are worth the time to take to see them.
I would suggest anyone coming to Florence not to miss this tour.

Michelangelos’ David, and our guide tour Marta. She spoke in a manner that everyone in our group could follow, as she told a story of Florence, the families, and the artist throughout the centuries.

We had Mikal as our guide and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed his tour. He added so much information on the history of Florence and what led up to Michelangelo sculpting The David. He also helped me see why The David is so highly regarded and why it stands apart from other sculptures of the era. Mikal was my favorite tour guide of my whole Italy trip, I wish I could have booked him for Uffizi as well or could have taken him along with us to Rome.

We were the only two at the 8am tour. Our guide Francesca was remarkable it was a phenomenal experience and the detail she shared was wonderful we were both educated on Michelangelo and to see the David was one of the best lifetime experiences. It was a fantastic tour highly recommend the early start

We really enjoyed this tour! It was so nice to skip the long lines and get inside before there is too many people. This small museum is small so it fills up quickly. Our tour guide did a great job walking us through. We enjoyed the smaller group experience

Wonderful tour today with Jade. Very friendly and clearly has a passion for the arts and her city. Definitely recommend this tour. You see pictures of David online but when you see him in person, wow! A sight to behold.
