We booked the Ticket two days before. Because of bad weather, we arrived two hours earlier than booking time. This was no problem. The service team was friendly and helpful. The cafe is nice and offers snacks and sweets. The bath has a proper locker room and shower. The water temperature is just right. Around noon (in September) there were less people, while later, about 2 pm, it was more crowded. We can recommend to book in advance.

The lagoon itself is very relaxing. Clean and the staff is friendly. For someone not from the area a nice addition to the ticket would be a towel (even if it is a little more money). We just didn’t know to bring our own.

Absolutely fabulous, it was so peaceful and relaxing....even sold Moët for the ultimate pamper. I loved it, would love to return one day.

Our visit to the Secret Lagoon was wonderful. The weather had not been good so we had to re-book for the next day but everyone was helpful and we had a great time soaking in the thermal pool supping wine under a blue sky with snow all around.
