Such a pity you did not enjoy this tour, considering it is such a popular and well enjoyed experience. The reason we now don’t allow passengers to bring promotional material from other operators on our tour vehicles, is that we have had issues before, with some customers expecting the same tour as other operators and then complaining that we are not stopping at certain sites. This makes the tour confusing for other passengers and disrupts the flow of our special tour, as I am sure you can appreciate. So we find it best to ask clients not to bring this promotional material on board, and have advised our driver guides accordingly. It makes for a better experience for all on this tour. I trust that makes more sense now.
