      The local operator did not even turn up at the meeting place. Applying for a refund now! I contacted Viator to confirm with them, and they tried to email the operator 3 times over 3 weeks.

      After the whole period of the pandemic, my services were suspended for many months, I would say for more than a year. So my VIATOR account was completely forgotten, that's why my service was not performed, and of course the money was returned WITHOUT ANY DOUBT. Now that everything seems to be back to normal, I have checked VIATOR's service and I find this negative rating. I apologize once again.
