We did not get what the listing describes. We got picked up taken to glacier 3000 and driven back only. We were supposed to stop in Montreux as well as part of the tour as it clearly says here and there was no stop or mention of it at all and when we tried to ask the driver it was impossible to communicate because he did not speak a word of English so we missed out on half the advertised tour, when we contacted the company they never replied.

Hello Roger, thanks for your review even if we are a bit surprised. On the way back from the Glacier 3000 to Geneva you've unfortunately fallen asleep, and our driver didn't want to wake you up. As you were already at Lausanne he was not able to go back to Montreux, that's the reason why he decided to make other stops near to there like this you were able to take some nice pictures of the beautiful scenery along Lake. Our driver did his best, but we are sorry if your tour did not meet your expectations. Furthermore, we would have been delighted to discuss this with you by phone or e-mail, but we have not received any calls from you. Best regards and travel safe.

Tour guide never showed up. It destroyed all our stay in Geneva. They advised it was some sort of “glitch in the system” and we were put for following day. We couldn’t do it since we were flying out that day. Also, I tried to msg them a day before to reconfirm and no one responded.
