Great tour, great guide

We had the pleasure of being the only guests on our tour with Sam. Sam was very knowledgeable about the places on the tour and has a clear love for his job. Whilst walking between points of interest, Sam was very personable and interested in our lives in Australia. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in the the supernatural.

The guide, Jim, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was reasonably timed. It was very cold but still enjoyable.

Not for those who want to see a ghost. Way too hands off for actual ghost experience. Basic tour of haunted stories. Was expecting more.

Jim showed us a witness tree on Baltimore Street. He then showed us a picture of this very tree from 1863. I found this incredible.
