Breath taking of every scenery that we stopped and got enjoyed. The audio is as a great way!! Being our first time touring through the Grand Canyon, I’m so glad we did this way. It gave us history that we didn’t know about. We were able to take our time in visiting the different canyon points. I recommend the audio to do a tour with family and friends. You will get a great experience.

You need to be more computer friendly for old folks like me!! It was very difficult to get our tour, plus the audio didn’t work once we got to the beginning of our tour...you should refund my $14 bucks😡

We have had older adults use our tours, and they loved the experience we provided because it is very flexible to use at your own pace and simple to operate. The device you were using for the tour may have been connected to Bluetooth, which could explain why the audio wasn't coming out of the phone speaker. I would gladly exchange your tour for one of my other 100 tours in the US — hopefully, you'll get the chance to try them next time — or contact us with your receipt for a full refund. They didn’t accept out tickets and didn’t let us go though. Yet they scanned it to tell me that we all have to have our own separate ticket even the scan bar code said it was for all 4 of us. They was no WiFi or cellphone reception at all and I couldn’t call to help me it was the worse experience no one could help me but tell me to pay again.

Only got to see about half the tour

We only were able to do about half the tour. The route the directions took us on are no longer accessible at one point and there were no alternative options to get to the second half of the tour. We even tried skipping ahead but it just took us in circles wanting us to take a road that was no longer open to unauthorized vehicles.

Hi Barbara, as my tour description points out (as does the tour itself), part of the Grand Canyon experience involves riding the park shuttles. The tour gives instructions on when to park and switch to the shuttle. Please let me know if those instructions can be clearer!

It was nice to walk up a shprt path amd be blown away by absolute beauty. The Grand Canyon was so amazing. Seeing it from the different angles was nice. We did the car tour it was about 4hrs including lunch at El Tovar? A good time indeed
