Please note that no one will meet you at the starting point.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Didn't Work, Drained Battery, etc.

I was looking forward to using this app hoping it would work as advertised. It did not work when I wanted to use it, however, and wreaked havoc on my Samsung phone with some kind of virus or something that drained the battery incredibly fast and prevented my phone from working. Very disappointed. :(

Ray, this is a serious accusation. My tour cannot transmit a virus of any sort or prevent a phone from working. The tour uses battery life but nothing more than Google Maps or any other GPS app. I would highly encourage you to reach out to me via my many support lines (email, chat, call).

Wonderful Guide for Adventure

We luckily packed warm clothes but even in chilly temperatures in Sedona and a few white outs at Grand Canyon we still had lots of sun and breathtaking views. The guide gave us history we would have never gotten on our own and we could go at our own pace.

App did not work for us.

The app didnt work for us. Went to starting point. App started to navigate us out of the park. Complete silence no narration at all. A complete waste of my money.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Keeping in mind that the National Parks have no internet service, the tour has been designed so that once downloaded, it does not require an internet connection to take the tour; all you need to do is grant GPS access to the app. It seems that you have not allowed the GPS to the app. I wish you had contacted me earlier. I have a call/chat/email/help option. In any case, I will happily exchange the tour with any of my other 100 tours in the US. Please let me know. This tour is yours for a lifetime. You can use it for pictures, a second review at home, sharing with friends, and for your next trip here.

The first Sedona tour took us half an hour down the road from where we were staying then looped back almost to the starting point before beginning the narration/ waste of time. The narration itself is too brief, tells little about the formations, too much about Hollywood. I thought the : Sedona ones were different from each other but they are the same in reverse order.

Awesome tour-very easy to follow and accurate!!! We’ve done bus tours before but this really saved us time as we stayed as long as we wanted to at each site! We really enjoyed it and saved money!!!
