This was a very informative tour where we could go off and do other things for awhile, then come back and pick up right were we left off. History, folklore and other lessons were taught to make an enjoyable trip even better! The App did have a glitch in it when I got toward the end. It stopped and asked me to empty the cache. Then I had to restart the tour. I did all that but the tour was over anyhow. I would definitely recommend.

Information of narrator was helpful and informative. I appreciated him telling us about various hikes and the history of the mountains. Sometimes the narration was cut off for some reason so didn’t hear all of a story. Overall good way to drive through the park.

Does not effectively track location - no way to follow tour. Cades Cove your non-existent. Very disappointed.

The fall colors were gorgeous. I couldn't get the Cades Cove portion to work. The loop is a little confusing when we were trying to get to the starting point. A car broke down in Cades Cove so we couldn't see part of it because we were stuck in there until after dark.

Some confusion: Our system shows that we sent the password within 15 seconds of the booking, you received the password, and you also used it to download the tour. Maybe, there is a mixup of this app with another app. Since you could not use it, I would happily exchange this tour for another of my 100 tours. Also, this tour is yours for a lifetime. You can use it for pictures, listening at home, and on your next trip.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed being able to set off on our own and see the sights. We had no service on several parts of the tour so being able to download and see a map at all times was awesome. The tour guide had a lot of cool facts and we were able to venture off on our own hikes in between. 10/10 this was a great tour.
