Severely disappointed

I was really looking forward to this excursion. Two weeks before I received an email requesting my hotel information which I provided immediately. It says you'll receive pickup info two days prior. I didn't. I waited from 7-9am but they never showed. I tried contacting both numbers provided but no response.

Absolutely amazing

First off, pickup was on time and perfect. When meeting our tour guide and driver, Norberto and Martin, we knew the day was going to be fantastic. They took us to different stops to taste local cuisine and drinks. I invite everybody to partake in these since the food was great and tasty and the drinks were very refreshing. Mundo Aventura offers many things for travelers , entry is covered by the tour. They have other activities on site which I strongly recommend you choose one of them. There is ample time to explore the park and bring a coat since the weather was quite chilly. Mazamitla was simply a jewel. The town is filled with many shops and it’s no wonder that it’s referred to as the Sweden of Mexico. You’ll feel transported to another place and enjoy the delicious food and activities the town has to offer. Our guide Norberto was amazing and he provided us with all the history and details along our ride and in the town. In the end our group didn’t want to leave, but that means that we will be back again. Please don’t miss out on this opportunity . You’ll have a wonderful time.

My pick up time was scheduled between 7am-8am. Waited 7am-9am and the driver/guide never showed up. Never got a notification or follow up. All my calls and messages went unanswered.
