Too much free time, but otherwise an amazing experience. There's no actual tour guide but everything is set up for you and us user friendly

Gute Organisation ab und bis Hanoi. In Sapa Ansprechpartner vor Ort mit guter Koordination - Danke an Nam. Es wurde auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen und alles was möglich war organisiert. Am 1. Tag hatten wir leider etwas Regen, daher war die Aussicht auf der Tour in und an den Reisfelder nicht so schön. Am 2. Tag hatten wir sonniges Wetter und Sicht war wunderschön. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team

La desastrosa excursión, desde el minuto 1 No nos recogen en el hotel y nos dicen que nos busquemos la vida porque lo pagan Nos llaman a las 20:30. y no llegue hasta 20 minutos antes de la salida del tren a las 22:00 horas. El hotel cuando llegamos no es de tres estrellas, es de una como máximo El desayuno estaba frio y no tenian casi nada, que el primer dia el segundo directamente cuando bajamos nos dijeron que no habia La excursión del primer día aceptable, lo único bueno el guía Cuando llegamos al hotel, las habitaciones estaban sucias y nos buscó una taza en el fregadero para que no salieran las cucarachas. El techo estaba en ruinas y no tenían goteras si no que literalmente caía agua en riachuelos El segundo día hicimos una excursión que te la puedes ahorrar, es un parque temático que dura 3 horas, te recogen a las 9 y te dejan en el hotel a las 12. Y tienes que salir del hotel corriendo y te dicen te estan haciendo un favor porque el hotel es hasta las 12 y lo extienden hasta las 14 Todo rapido y funcionando, no sabes en ningun momento lo que vas a hacer ni te informan de los horarios, tienes que estar encima de ellos constantemente para todo En ningún lado dice que tengas tanto tiempo libre porque si supiéramos y te dijeran a qué te dedicas después de los arrozales habríamos vuelto a Hanoi y no perderíamos ni un día. No recomiendo para nada el tren, además de ser más caro es incómodo y sucio. La planificación es muy mala, se pasan la pelota de uno a otro y nadie hace ni dice La comida que te ofrecen no vale lo que pagas. En general el costo es muy caro para lo que te dan, no vale lo que pagas ni remotamente Y encima después de la mala experiencia te mandan un mensaje sobornándote indicándote que si pones 2 reseñas de 5 estrellas te dan transporte al aeropuerto No se deben aceptar estas excursiones que hacen que un buen viaje tenga una muy mala experiencia. Solicito que se me haga el reembolso y que quiten esta excursión.es nefasta
