Bad experience

The tour described that travel will be by minivan but the agent booked me on a sleeper bus on the way up to Sapa which is not what I wanted.

Dear John Lai, As the decription of the 2 days 1 night package to Sapa, the transfer is a bus, not a minivan, please check your voucher again. Maybe you are mistaken with the single service for the transfer from Hanoi to Sapa. When you contacted us for the transfer to get back to Hanoi after the tour, we offered the limousine bus but you booked a minivan already yourself. We would support you to cancel 1 way transfer and refund for you that amount then. Hope you enjoyed the scenery in Sapa. Best regards, Luong

The downhill hike.

I wasn't expecting the hike to be challenging, yet it was. Local guides assisted in the downhill trek. The path was a bit slippery from recent rain and natural debris.
