Best pairing testing in comfortable settings in a charming town

We loved the emphasis on pairing wine with food. All three Russian River wine companies had excellent wines and high quality food. It was relaxed and comfortable tastings with knowledgeable presenters. Carol our guide was considerate and kept things on course unobtrusively I highly recommend it.
Hidden gems discovered through the walking tour of Healdsburg!

Carol showed us aspects of Healdsburg that we had not seen or experienced before. We started in the plaza with a history lesson followed by several wineries on/off the square with perfectly curated food at each stop. We walked quite a bit which was fantastic given the wine and food! We enjoyed Carol quite a bit as a guide. She has a wonderful sense of humor, adventure and obviously great relationships with the businesses.

This is a wonderful tour in downtown Healdsburg, the four tasting rooms were were very interesting each with it’s own history. The food and wine parings were spot on, Carol our host was informative and definitely knows her local winery’s. She was an awesome guide. Was A little apprehensive at starting at 11 o’clock in the morning but four hours went by quickly and it was a wonderful day.

One of the best wine tours we have been on. We liked the format with three different types of wine tasting. Also the food was excellent and more substantial than you typically receive on a wine tour. Our tour guide, Linda, was very friendly and had clearly put of thought and preparation in to the tour. Highly recommend.

We had the best day touring downtown Healdsburg with our knowledgeable guide, Desiree. She took us to some boutique tasting rooms and gave a great tour of the area, the wine and the food. Loved every minute and had fun meeting some new friends, too :)
Not worth the price

We had a nice time. Our tour guide was great and the people on the tour with us where friendly and fun. The first stop did a great wine and food pairing and was the only stop that felt like a "wine and food" tour. I expected more than pizza and barbeque for the the food part of the tour. Healdsburg is know for its great restaurants and we didn't visit any. Our guide brought us pizza at the second stop and BBQ at the 4th (tea stop in between) but I don't know were they were from and it was very limiting. I have done food and drink tours in other cities and was very disappointed with this. We were left still Hungary with no ideas where to get something.

Between. As Carrie said, to cleanse our pallets. Food pairings went well with each of the wines. Timing was great, never felt rushed.
