You need to take a ferry to get to Vestmannaeyjar. We are just 1.minute away from the ferry terminal in Vestmannaeyjar. You need to check in at least 15.minutes before departure time. You will find us in a small black and blue house with Puffin signs above.

Great experience brought by adventurous tour guide Eppi

Eppi brings you to the world of Icelandic islander vibe right away as the tour begins! Entertaining and educational! He knows where to find puffins and the coolest rock on the island. His adventurous energy is contagious! Everyone on the tour followers him through grass and steep hills in high wind to get closer to puffins. He’s passionate about the island education, through his work and investment in local foundation/museum to tell the story of their heritage.
A bit of a downside that tourists without rental car need to watch out for is that the tour doesn’t include transportation. So you need to find your way to the ferry stop and get to the island. The bus is not that frequent to the main city.

Our guide Ebbi was fabulous! A local guy, very proud of and engaged in the island. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Brought the story to life. If you’re determined to see puffins, learn about their annual cycle or you will be disappointed. My photographer friend came to Westman Islands in June and saw 2 puffins. We hit the jackpot, in mid August we saw thousands of puffins

Loved seeing the Puffins up close. Our guide was helpful in showing us the best place to see and take pics of this beautiful animals. The weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't see the volcanos. However, our guide did drive us around the area so we could see a good majority of the island.
Excellent way to make a day trip worthwhile!!

Our guide was so gracious and really gave me a sense of what keeps the locals on island. his community project at the caldera is inspiring!
There was lots of hop on and hop off which we liked and this tour made our day trip totally memorable.
I highly recommend this tour.

What an amazing tour! The whole thing was fantastic, as was our guide. If anything I'd have liked it to have been maybe a bit longer so I could take more photos at certain spots, but I really can't complain as I got to see so many wonderful things. One of our highlights visiting Iceland!

A wonderful tour. We went really only excited to see Puffins but discovered so much more to love about these truly unique islands. The thousand years of history blew us away, as did the intriguing traditions of the locals today. It was super rainy so visibility was at times challenging, but there was still a great deal to see and learn. The guide Ebbi was terrific and characterful. We would highly recommend. Be sure to give yourself time to wander the island a bit afterwards!

Really nice Heimaey Island tour. This was our 4th trip to Iceland, and visiting Heimaey was always on our list. Our guide/driver Einar was great -- he had a sense of humor, answered our questions, and gave us a lot of information. It was humbling and amazing to be at Ground Zero of Eldfell volcano that exploded in 1973, especially with already knowing the story, having seen documentaries and then hearing more about it "up close and personal" from Einar. The visit to the Sea Life Trust was great -- we got to interact with a rescue puffin. We saw the Beluga whales Little Gray and Little White who are being educated on how to survive in a natural habitat -- they were to be released into a protected nearby cove in a few weeks. There were only 5 of us on the tour with Einar, and that really helped make the tour more personal. Heimaey Island is beautiful - we are so glad we finally got there!

Tour guide was very interesting. We saw puffins and even got a picture with one on our shoulder. We also went to the volcano. Lastly, we saw orcas.
